The cottage is beautifully renovated and you have everything you need. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The Nespresso machine helped us in the morning. The hosts were always available and super helpful. There are a few beautiful beaches in the area. The surroundings are very quiet, you haven't heard anything. It would be perfect for us with children with a washing machine. But that's complaining to a high standard :)

The welcome at Hotel Residence La Contessa was cordial. We were offered a spacious apartment with a view of the pool and partly of the emerald sea. We had three exits to the large terrace, which was very convenient. We had enough towels and nice-to-touch bedding at our disposal. On site you can use the kitchenette, which we sometimes needed, although we also went to the restaurant. It was fantastic to be able to use the jacuzzi as well as the pool. Everywhere is clean and smells nice. The service is helpful, but not overwhelming, it is easy and simply, you can enjoy your stay at the Hotel Residence La Contessa. After checking out, we could still wait on the premises and leave our travel bags. It's very helpful. The surroundings of the apartment are beautiful. Rene Bianca beach, restaurants and city attractions are nearby. This facility is worth recommending because it is comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful and all this gives positive emotions. It was worth coming from afar.

We stayed from April 8 to 15. Andrea and her family are very welcoming, warm, smiling, generous, responsive, available, in short, hosts like everyone dreams of meeting. We had the pleasure of returning to impeccable accommodation, nice decoration, sheets and a multitude of towels that smelled really good😊, hygiene products offered by the hosts. The exterior is very warm, in a cocooning atmosphere and a beautiful jacuzzi. For people who have a car, parking is available on the street (which is very quiet) The accommodation is close to many tourist places + shops If you're looking for a place to stay in Olbia, go to Andrea and her family's, you won't be disappointed! Recommended to 💯% We look forward to welcoming you

Sergio as well as Leo were very cordial and answered all our questions at any time and provided us with super tips and recommendations. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful stay. Especially the upper terrace is a dream, especially in the evening! The house is large and even more beautiful than on the photos. We had everything we needed and were happy and satisfied all around. Sergio is really an insanely nice and accommodating host! :)

The place is really nice, clean and calm. Pool is big and we had the most beautiful beaches only 10 minutes away. It is also close to restaurants, gelato places and pizzerias, we didn’t have to drive long for anything. We absolutely loved our stay and Stefano was very helpful whenever we needed him. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic location and Mara is a great host. Be aware the space has no internal living room. The outside porch works for that if weather is nice. We had lots of rain so it wasn’t always pleasant to be outside. Also note the jacuzzi is cold water only, as she describes, but is listed as a “hot tub” but is not heated. We had to go 24 hours with no WiFi and cell reception is poor in the house. That was unfortunate. Nearby places and beaches are great. Go to Caprera and hike out to the far beaches, they are magnificent! Town had a great farmers market on Tuesday.

We stayed in this apartment for a week. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very very clean! Which is very nice. We had a great week. The small town of Butoni is a 5-minute drive away. There is an exellente pizzeria ( la Suprêma ) In short, we had a great holiday. I would recommend it 100%
