Manuela est très gentille, accueillante. Son logement est très bien, très propre et très bien situé. Nous la remercions encore pour son accueil, ses petites attentions qui nous attendaient lors de notre arrivée. Manuela est très réactif, elle répond rapidement à vos messages. Cet emplacement nous a permis de visiter une partie de la côte d'émeraude.

Appartamento completo di ogni comfort che una vacanza richiede. Ottima accoglienza, discreta, ma comunque presente in caso di eventuali richieste, pulizia e ordine in casa molto accurata. Abbiamo anche trovato generi di prima necessità quali olio, aceto, sale, acqua fresca, cialde del caffè, caramelle e cioccolatini... insomma tutto davvero molto gradito!!!!! Un soggiorno gradevole in ogni suo aspetto, in un luogo meraviglioso come Santa Teresa di Gallura

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Francesca's beautiful apartment. The location is absolutely stunning - right on the beach front in a beautiful area of Sardinia, close to a lighthouse and fabulous swimming areas. The size of the apartment suited us perfectly - we are a family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) - and the overall apartment set-up (comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area), suited us great. We had some wonderful evenings playing cards, listening to music, while the sound of the sea was literally outside of our windows. Francesca is an excellent host - very communicative, proactive and helpful throughout - with some great local recommendations. We couldn't recommend it more highly! My wife and I also feel that it would be a fantastic destination for a couple...so next time we will travel without the kids ;-). Thank you again Francesca for a wonderful stay!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia 2 settimane nell’appartamento di Serena. Che dire.. TUTTO PERFETTO e curato nei minimi dettagli. La casa è ben curata e accogliente. Gli spazi esterni sono di estrema comodità soprattutto con i bambini. La posizione della casa è molto comoda in quanto vicino al porto di Olbia ma allo stesso tempo vicino a molte spiaggie gettonate vicino San Teodoro. Ci torneremo sicuramente !!! 💪🏻

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt! Das liegt vor allem an der wundervollen Lage. Zum Strand geht es nur eine Treppe herunter (wobei man die Auswahl zwischen mehreren hat) und die Lage am Capo Testa ist einzigartig, denn man kann zu Fuß atemberaubende und zum Teil einsame Buchten erreichen. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ziemlich einfach aber es hat uns trotzdem an nichts gefehlt. Zur Wohnung gehört kein eigener Balkon aber im Garten gibt es eine Terrasse, die wir oft genutzt haben. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage und die Temperatur dort war angenehm. Was man jedoch wissen muss ist, dass es im Wohnbereich keine Klimaanlage gibt und tagsüber ziemlich warm werden kann. Die Kommunikation mit Fabio und seiner Ehefrau war freundlich, zuverlässig und hat uns von Anfang ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Ich würde die Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder buchen!

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. They were always spot on. We rented a car and found it easy to park and reach more of the island. Very accesible location to main spots. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future. Tolle Unterkunft - gut durchdachte Ausstattung und einige Annehmlichkeiten, die das Ankommen und Wohlfühlen erleichtern (Wasserschlauch und viel Platz für den ganzen Kram, den man als aktiver Wassersportler so dabei hat, Grundausstattung mit Öl, Salz, Mülltüten etc.). Der sichtgeschützte Außenbereich ist auch ideal mit Hund und großzügig gestaltet. So findet jede/r seine Nische und Ecke zum Entspannen, egal bei welchem Wetter. Wir sind zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und es ist einfach eine super Adresse mit einem wunderbaren Host. Vielen Dank für die Tipps, Michael!

We stayed here in the Easter holidays with our son (2,5 years old). Very cosy and well equipped accomodation! There was a babybed and -seat for our son and plenty of room to play outside on the terrace. Location is absolutely stunning and enough to do in the surroundings. Would definitely recommend!
