Casa Vivì is a 350-meter walk from the beach, the pine forest, and the town center with its seaside village. On the waterfront you will find a comfortable and very long pedestrian and bike path. The house is perfect for those who want comfort and tranquility: in the immediate vicinity, you will find a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, and rotisseries, which are ideal for enjoying a stress-free stay without having to use a car. The real highlight is the private terrace for exclusive use, which offers a partial sea view.

Beachfront attic

Newly renovated attic, within walking distance of the sea and the city center. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts to spend your vacation in full relaxation with sea views. It's on the third floor without an elevator. The apartment can comfortably accommodate three people and also has a sofa bed for one additional guest. Among the various comforts offered you will find one coffee per day per guest with a waffle machine, tea, and herbal teas. However, we do not guarantee ironed sheets. :)
