perfect accommodation. everything you need and a beautiful and well-kept garden. Air conditioning in both bedrooms was worth the money. Everything worked well, was clean and pleasant. A fenced-off small settlement where children could play outside without problems and dangers. Just note that mosquitoes are out and about. The nearest town is a 10-minute walk away and offers a beautiful ambiance and good restaurants.

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

The house is nestled in a village rich in history, and you can walk to both the sea and the surrounding woods, taking beautiful walks. We were greeted by co-host Antonella who did her best to help us with our luggage (our car was too big and we were unable to enter the square in front of the house). The ground floor has undergone a conservative renovation that respected the original materials but ensured significant efficiency, new bathrooms, new kitchen, excellent heating considering the many rooms. The house is cozy, bright, spacious (three bedrooms and two bathrooms) and there are two beautiful terraces with an unparalleled sea view. We had a great time and really enjoyed life in the village.

Mini apartment equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation in total relaxation. The area, surrounded by greenery, is very quiet, in a fairly shaded area. The sea is a 15-minute walk away and easily accessible. A note of merit for also accepting pets in the apartment. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed with topper. Very nice bathroom equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, and courtesy kit. We also found everything we needed for daily cleaning, which is not obvious. Although we had a problem with the internet connection, Emma and Davide were very proactive and helped us. Great Davide and Paolo for the help shown for each of our requests. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Villa Lunas was perfect - very quiet location and yet not far from the action. The offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. All in all highly recommended - even with a child!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you only to complete relaxation. The property has no flaws, cared for in every detail from the garden, to the cottages to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are then people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

I'm speechless, Catia is a super friendly person, super attentive, I had a spectacular time. Everything that is said is offered and more! And I really appreciate the flexibility of check-in and check-out given my situation. I promise to return in less than a month, even if it's just to spend the day. Thank you!

it was a beautiful experience, we highly recommend it, unique in its kind, the place is beautiful and you are immersed in nature with great comfort. The surroundings are beautiful and the structure is really great. We also took advantage of the spa, the night in the bubble was beautiful!! A note of excellence for Alice's welcome: super responsive in communication, she provided us with suggestions for restaurants (excellent Mangia), we even had a problem with the car and she worked to help us (on the weekend, not simple and discounted therefore).. we had all the comforts and great kindness so we were very happy and SUPERCONSIGLIAMO this experience and this structure

Upon arrival we were very kindly welcomed by Luigi's parents. The place is an oasis of peace and we had access to the entire property, with various beautiful places. Very welcoming. The house is authentic and you immediately feel at home. Everything was available, only the WiFi did not work optimally. In short, it was very special to be here for a week. I stayed at Chiara's for 3 nights, the house is well-maintained and comfortable, small but well-equipped, perfect for 2 people. I really appreciated the free parking a few steps from the house. Corridonia is strategically located to visit Macerata, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno, three truly delightful cities Communication with Chiara was easy and friendly Thanks Chiara for helping make our little vacation special!! We have had the privilege of staying in Dino's apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was reachable very quickly for questions. He also offered us to borrow bicycles so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would love to come back again.

We had a great time right from the start, Lorella and Massimo are very kind and helpful hosts who welcomed us into the house which is in a quiet and strategic location to reach the various beaches and resorts of Conero. They gave us various info about the most interesting places to visit and tips on local and typical restaurants. We recommend it for a good experience in the Marche.

The house was brand new and super clean. A compliment to the breathtaking panoramic view. Lorenzo responded immediately to messages/calls and was super courteous, he was also very kind to us, and very helpful and flexible also in front of our request for flexibility with the check-out time. Super recommended!!
