The house is very interesting, a lot of round walls, a beautiful terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. The area around is very nice and quiet. The sea is 2 steps away. The sea is clean, but 50 meters from the shore is still shallow. The surroundings are beautiful. We walked to Pula and Nora. Your host is available when you're available! We were very satisfied with our stay at this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

The apartment is beautifully and quietly located and also features a stunning, incredibly well-maintained garden. The mattresses were very comfortable—we slept wonderfully. Riccardo is super friendly and was very accommodating with both check-in and check-out. We visited Sardinia outside of the main season and had the beaches in Chia practically to ourselves. We can absolutely recommend this apartment and Riccardo as a host.
