Opholdet i Xanthis fine hus var så dejligt. Vi nød hendes skønne blomstrende have med friske urter og søde skilpadder i baghaven. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Καταπληκτικό σπίτι ενός καταπληκτικού οικοδεσπότη. Ο Περικλής, ευγενέστατος και ετοιμος κάθε στιγμή να απαντήσει και καταβάλει κάθε προσπάθεια να επιλύσει το οποιοδήποτε ζήτημα μας απασχολουσε. Ο χώρος προσεγμένος, με καλόγουστη διακόσμηση, full παροχές και ακριβέστατη περιγραφή. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και προσβλέπω στην επόμενη ευκαιρία για τη φιλοξενία του Περικλή. Άψογα όλα 💯, ευχαριστούμε πολύ Περικλή!

Maria’s place has top quality furniture and all items in the place is top notch. I felt very comfortable. The property had fruit trees, a green lawn and its semi private beach. They provided four sun beds and two umbrellas to relax at the beach.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht, die Betten waren bequem, es war sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige, man konnte gut selber kochen. Die zerkratzten Bratpfannen sollten ersetzt werden. Der Gastgeber legt grossen Wert auf das Einsparen von Ressourcen (Wasser und Elektrizität). Das verstehen wir, ist aber im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus nicht immer ganz einfach. Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht in den Pool springen sollen, wegen dem Wasserverschleiss und der Pumpen. Das Grillen in der Aussenküche wurde auch nicht gern gesehen, die Infrastruktur war nicht vorhanden (Streichhölzer, Holz, Kohle, Grillputzbürste). Streichhölzer haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten, Kohle haben wir gekauft. Alles in Allem sehr schönes Haus in gepflegter Umgebung. Für uns zu viele Hausregeln, Pool erst ab 08.30 Uhr zu nutzen, Siesta von 15 bi 17 Uhr. In dieser Zeit wird aber im Vermieterhaus Saxophon geübt.

Alles perfekt, super Lage, Lena und Mick waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waren immer und zu jeder Zeit für uns da. Sie haben sehr liebe und ruhige Tiere ( Hunde Harry und Raffa ) 2 Katzen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Pool war immer sauber und zu jeder Zeit nutzbar. Das kleine Häuschen war groß genug und man hatte genügend Platz, alles ausreichend vorhanden. Wir sind schon 24 Jahre in dieser Ecke zum Urlaub machen, hierher kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

דנאי יקרה, זאת היתה החופשה המשפחתית המענגת ביותר שהייתה לנו. מעבר ליופיו המיוחד של האי הידרה הבית שלך תרם לחוויה הנדירה שהייתה לנו. המבנה הייחודי של הבית, הנקיון המופתי שלו, האבזור האיכותי, עיצוב הפנים המקצועי שבו, המיטות הנוחות המצעים המלטפים, הפריטים שבחרת לקשט אותו בטוב טעם ואסתטיקה - תרמו לחוויה הנפלאה. גם אני וגם בן זוגי באים משדה האמנות והעיצוב - ומשכך אנו יכולים לומר בביטחון שהנכס שלך ראוי לציון לשבח! ראוי לציין שהיית קשובה לכל בקשת עזרה בכל תחום. אם הבית, מריה, מסבירת פנים ומריו, מוביל הפרדות, אדיב מאין כמותו. חשוב לציין שהגענו לחופשתנו עם נכדתנו בת ה- 5 חודשים והנוחות שהייתה בבית הפכה את החוויה עוד יותר מענגת. תודה לך מכולנו שהענקת לנו חוויה כזו. לחזור להידרה שוב ולהיות בביתך זה חלום שאנו מצפים שיתגשם🧿

Une maison de rêve ! Le charme de l ancien, une deco magnifique, une vue splendide, bref un séjour qui invite à la sérénité . Bien sûr, c est une maison grecque , il y a quelques défauts ( si vous avez le sommeil sensible prenez boule quies et masque ) mais vraiment cette maison vous fait oublier tout le stress de la vie . On aimerait y vivre toute la vie .

We stayed five nights at Konstantinos’s house at the back of Spetses near Kouzounos. The family, including our two young children had a fantastic time. If you like peace and quiet, mixed with a rustic environment and breathtaking view, this is a great option. Kouzounos has a beautiful beach which is a short walk from the house, equally Paradise beach and others are not too far away. It is definitely necessary to rent a motorbike to get around and access the old harbour, Dapia etc.. which are not that far away. It always felt like a big relief coming back to such a beautiful-private house. We definitely hope to stay again and looking forward to a few more G&T’s gazing over spetsopoula. Konstantinos was a great host, extremely responsive and clear with his instructions. Thank you from us all, until next time!

Very enjoyable stay. The apartment is big and welcoming. The hosts were there when we arrived and showed us around and we're friendly responsive throughout. Only 5 minutes from the port but down an ally so feels private. The terrace has amazing views and incredibly tranquil. Would highly recommend

We just spent 2½ incredible weeks at this amazing property—honestly, it was so good we considered hiding the keys and never leaving. This place has everything you could possibly want: it’s sparkling clean, beautifully stylish, and features a wraparound balcony so enormous you could host a party for 100 of your closest friends. (But please don’t—it’s a quiet neighborhood, and the orange and lemon trees downstairs don’t appreciate loud music.) On top of that, there's an amazing sun deck upstairs perfect for tanning or pretending you're a Greek god. The management and staff are phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and we even had housekeeping twice. Seriously, we felt like we were living at the Ritz Carlton, minus the tuxedoed bellhop. I can’t recommend it enough—but maybe don't book it when I'm heading back to Athens, because I fully plan on stealing this place for myself again. Highly recommended (except when I’m there!). Thanks again—we’ll be back soon!

I enjoyed my stay at Dimosthenis’s. Everything was as expected and Dimosthenis was very responsive before and during my stay. I would definitely come back!

The apartment is very spacious and luxurious located in peaceful neighbourhood, close to the lake, seaside and the grocery shop. Public transport very easy to access and the journey to the city centre is a combination of 1 bus and the metro ;) The place has everything what you need to make your stay comfortable including very comfy bed and sunny patio space. Evi is the best host I have ever had, very responsive, helpful and supportive. She is very dedicated and determined to give their guests the best possible service and stay experience. Thank you Evi again for being so supportive.

What a wonderful apartment! We found parking easily around the corner and were met by the very nice and charming Kostas. He showed us around the apartment and left some treats for us including local wine. The patio is fantastic. It has lovely views and is quite private and safe. The patio door from the bedroom has a screen so we were able to sleep with the door open and experience the cool night air. The apartment is larger than the photos, especially the patio. I appreciated the cleaning supplies and cooking supplies left for us. It’s a lovely place and hopefully we’ll visit again. Nafplio is beautiful and this apartment made the visit perfect.

It is an awesome place managed by great human being. I felt I had sister in Athens and her care and communication bowled my wife and me. The place, though smaller than expectations, had all the amenities and large terrace with perfect combination of mountain, city and sea view. This is a MUST STAY place and we highly recommend...Cheers

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα και το τζακούζι φανταστικό και πεντακάθαρο! Πόρτα ασφαλείας με κωδικό και πολύ ωραίοι και μοντέρνοι χώροι. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι είναι ισόγειο, και ο καθένας έχει πρόσβαση στην πόρτα σου και στο μπαλκονακι άμεσα.

We absolutely loved our stay! Stelios was incredibly helpful throughout and the accommodation is even nicer than the photos. Just a few minutes from all the nicest restaurants/bars and with incredible views!

L'endroit est enchanteur. Une énorme terrasse qui donne sur la baie de Portoheli, ombragée par des arbres majestueux. La maison fait partie d'un ensemble de maisons appartenant à la famille d'Ornella et de son mari. Pour les Pâques orthodoxes, toute la famille est arrivée, et on entendait tous les matins et tous les soirs les chants liturgiques qui résonnaient de l'église de l'autre côté de la baie. Nous avons passé d'innombrables heures sur la terrasse à lire et à contempler la beauté autour de nous. La région est riche en sites. A 1 heure de route, on peut visiter Mycènes, Epidaure, Tyrinthe, Nauplie. Les îles Spetses, Poros et Hydra. Ornella nous a conseillé des restaurants à Portoheli, où nous avons très bien mangé à un prix tout à fait raisonnable. Bref: je conseille le séjour et j'y retournerai avec plaisir!

We stayed at Achille’s lovely apartment for five nights in April 2025, and could not have picked a better place 🙏 The house is very easy to get to, close to the beach, walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants yet in a quiet neighbourhood. We had everything we could need, and we especially enjoyed how “homey” and peaceful it felt. Especially enjoyed having our sundowners in the amazing terrace. Thank you Achilles for a lovely experience! Looking forward to coming back :)
