The rooms were clean, kitchen, bathroom. There were lots of supplies, toiletries. The security staff very helpful. I would recommend. As advertised

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kingston. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly gracious and responsive—with a warm and welcoming demeanor that truly made it feel like I was staying at a family member’s home. The space itself is beautiful—stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great flow and comfort in mind. It’s perfect for solo travelers. The pool and the view were stunning. While the gym equipment could use a little upgrading, it was still sufficient for a solid workout. The location is also a major plus—very central, with ample parking and helpful, attentive security who were also kind and accommodating. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. The host's attentiveness and willingness to resolve any issues promptly made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here for two weeks absolutely superb, Kemeeka was great host always responsive and even gave us an extra half an hr after check out last minute. Great location, close to local amenities, lots of stuff to do in the area. Will definitely recommend and will return when back in Jamaica.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Urban Gem. This home was clean upon arrival. Place looks exactly as it does in the photos. I loved the location as it was close to a lot of popular restaurants & supermarkets. I loved the view from the roof with pool. Everything we could need was easily accessible. *Renee was an amazing host with clear communication and was a great listener. Renee was so helpful & kind which made our stay even better. I would definitely recommend.

Nicholas was an outstanding host, super attentive and always available when needed. The place was spotless, spacious, and even better than expected. I loved how it felt secluded and peaceful, yet still so close to tons of attractions. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

I loved the place although I thought it was a house not apartment building was still satisfied. But overall wasn’t anything to complain about place was clean easy to find host was quick to respond and very respectful and friendly would definitely book again.

Dave and Cindy created a very welcoming atmosphere for us....we were able to explore the property and enjoy the greenery. The property is also located close to the town which is a plus for visitors. ...We will definitely stay there again!

Marlene was wonderful and accommodating! The place is beautiful inside and out and big! The view alone will make you want to stay forever! It is peaceful, private and quiet, like home away from home.. but better, and kid friendly! Price is reasonable for sure! Its alot of good for the price! I will 100% be back!

My stay from March 19 through march 25 in Kingston, Jamaica, was nothing short of magnificent. The retreat offers a sanctuary within the vibrant city, blending urban convenience with serene relaxation. Accommodations The accommodations were impeccable. My room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring restful nights throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the room's decor added a touch of elegance and comfort that truly enhanced my experience.

Heart and Soul II was a beautiful, well appointed apartment. It is located in a modern apartment complex on well maintained grounds. What I loved about this apartment is that it has facilities for you to prepare your own meals should you want to take a break from eating out. It felt like home away from home . Comfortable furnishings, tvs in the living and bedrooms. There’s also a pool and gym facilities. Catherine as a host was friendly, professional and was very responsive to my enquiries . I enjoyed my stay.

Aaron is a great host! Very hospitable and responsive. Just about everything was thought of to make your stay at 3 little birds easy, comfortable and feel like home away from home. The units location is prime! I look forward to booking and staying at 3 little bird when I am next in Kingston.
