Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Bayside, a quiet and leafy suburb of North Dublin, the house is a short walk from Bayside Dart station with regular trains to Dublin city centre (25 mins) and the fishing harbour of Howth (10 mins). The coast is a 5 minute walk away with a dedicated cycle and walking path with views of Howth and the Pigeon Houses in the other direction. Aldi supermarket is a 2 minute walk, along with pubs, restaurants and local shops.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

It offers great accessibility to the airport (20 minutes by car) , the city centre (20 minute train) , the beach ( 15 minute walk) and Portmarnock Village (5 minute walk). The apartment itself is a spacious one bedroom with a balcony. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large living and dining area, private bathroom with a shower and a master bedroom with work space.
