this was the perfect house for us while our son played at Cooperstown dreams park. the pond is awesome and the game room in the garage is great. I would stay here again.

Laura was an incredible host! She was very proactive toward our needs and very accommodating. This cabin was just what we needed for our family of 4, while my son stayed at Dream’s Park. It was conveniently located near the park and provided everything we needed to be comfortable and entertained! If you have young kids, they will LOVE the projector!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your historic, yet modernized cabin!

Brent was an exceptional host for our three-night riverside stay. Despite the rainy weekend, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect - just a 20-minute drive from Cooperstown, making it an ideal base for my father's bucket list trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame. The area offers diverse dining options, from charming greasy spoon diners to impressive farm-to-table restaurants. We appreciated the peaceful river setting and convenient access to attractions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the Cooperstown area!

The space was spotlessly clean and comfortable. This was super convenient to the Oneonta campus. We appreciated the coffee machine as we had to hit the road early that morning.
