Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Portimão

We had a wonderful week at the beautiful house in Portimao. The house was even better a reproduced in photos. We were 12 people and the house was a really good size - lots of space for all of us and also the opportunity to be "private". Lovely kitchen with equipment to cook for many. Our warmest recommendations for others for a family trip.

We had a great stay! House was big and had a great game room. We had everything we needed and the house was close to everything.

This booking was for a special family occasion and the house and grounds had absolutely everything for all ages. David was the perfect host and the only thing he couldn't provide was good weather but there was plenty to do in the house and grounds. Everyone loved the week and want to go back next year. Had a very nice stay at Casa XS. Easy check-in and check-out, great communication with the owner and understanding of our needs. The house was very clean and had everything you need for your basic needs. I recommend the house.

We had a great stay at Sylvie's house, which is very well equipped and comfortable. Sylvie is super friendly and responds quickly to queries. We had our dog with us and loved the fact that we could access a lovely walk straight from the property which leads to the lighthouse and coastal path from where there are spectacular views. The only downside for us was that the nearest beach does not allow dogs even out of the main season. It is a little way out of the main area of Ferragudo but this was not a problem as there were plenty of parking opportunities. Only an 8 minute drive to 2 main supermarkets so easy to stock up with supplies. We would definitely come back again next time we are in the area.

the property was immaculate and a perfect location the only slight downside was no toilet door as sometimes you need privacy this hasn't stopped us booking the property again as we are returning in October the hosts were first class and always available

I spent four days in Odiaxere and the experience was excellent. The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet and quiet environment, ideal for resting. Being able to park right at the door was a very comfortable plus, and I felt safe at all times. The location is perfect for exploring the area: close to everything worth visiting but away from the hustle and bustle. In addition, communication with the host has been fluid, clear, and very friendly, which made everything even easier. Definitely a highly recommended stay. Thank you for everything.

Returning to this luxury property feels like coming home. The hosts and Laura, go above and beyond to ensure each stay surpasses the last. Their attention to detail, proactive communication, and warm hospitality make every visit exceptional. The Apartment was absolutely perfect , everything we needed was at hand, location was perfect, close to old town lagos and beach plus supermarket. The pool was brilliant and clean. Plenty of beautiful Restaurants and bars. Overall I can't fault the Apartment or the location. I'd highly recommend the Apartment and hopefully we'll return

Wonderful house, a short drive to everything while enjoy the perfect quite of the countryside, and Ben was extremely responsive, kind and helpful as a host. The house is better than described: very spacious, lovely terrace with a great view, really well equipped. Felt like home, and a great place to relax for a meal, or in the pool, for a break from exploring and the heat. Highly recommended.

Maria in our opinion is a friendly, helpful, professional person who wants you to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. She is quick to respond and offer suggestions if asked for. The Lagos condo location is close to a store, supermarket, restaurants, bars, marina, bus depot, old town, and a kilometre to the beach. The condo is a very nice size, large size balcony, and good internet. The only issue is the safety deposit box was not working and needs to be replaced. We would definitely stay there again.

We were lucky enough to spend six weeks at Kurt’s apartment & it was definitely home from home!! The apartment was lovely with everything you’d need there. It was walkable to everywhere in Lagos with the Marina just across the bridge with a selection of bars & restaurants The old town was a lovely stroll away along the Marina walkway & the stunning beaches were within walking distance as well. We had an amazing stay & would highly recommend this apartment

Lovely flat, really close to the beach and praia da Rocha without being in the busy centre. The apartment was perfect for us, would definitely stay there again and Catarina e Bruno got back to work us quickly with any queries.

Sofia's place was fantastic!! It was walkable to the center of town and the beaches. The apartment itself was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. After a long day of travel, Sofia accommodated an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Sofia sent a list of recommended "local" places, which helped to plan our itinerary!

We were very happy to be guests in Kjetil's villas. Even though the weather thwarted some of our plans, we had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the private area directly around the villas. We also enjoyed the large kitchen with 5 people. I would also like to highlight the extremely helpful and courteous local person in charge, Nick. He responded to inquiries asap and was always friendly and helpful.

A lovely apartment located in central Alvor. Just round the corner from all the action. The pool and the view are great and we really enjoyed being able to use this. The beach is just down the road and has all the walkways to the beaches. Also a great spot to run in the early morning or late evening. The kitchen is well-equipped and we had everything we needed for those days when we ate in. There are some great restaurants nearby with lovely fresh fish - a good idea to book in advance (we were there in August). Thanks to Nayole for making our stay so pleasant.

We had an amazing stay at the villa! It was modern, spotless, tidy, and fully equipped. Communication with Adelino was excellent - he responded very quickly, allowed us to check in early, and was there personally at check-in and check-out to explain everything. He was very welcoming and even arranged a late check-out for us, which we really appreciated. One small point of improvement: we were informed about next door construction only at check-in. A heads-up before arrival would have been appreciated, as the noise started early in the morning and there was a lot of building activity around. Still, Adelino’s hospitality and the quality of the villa made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and would love to return!

Beautiful spacious Villa. Great outdoor space with pool, bbq and an outdoor toilet. And of course stunning views. All bedrooms were stocked with clean towels and bedding. There were lots of glasses, plates and cooking utensils. Because it’s private we could play music and not disturb any neighbours. Fantastic stay!

Very nice super clean and comfortable apartment a two minute walk from the beach. Well-equipped kitchen and large balcony to enjoy a good home dinner in the evening after a long day outdoors. The closest grocery store has a very nice food loan offer as well as a fishmonger with a variety of surprising fresh produce. Michaela is very responsive, she responds quickly . We had a little problem with our transport from Lisbon to Lagos. She was available to help. She greeted us when we arrived, gave us the information and recommended us helpful. Buses, restaurants, groceries….. In short, host available and friendly!!! Thank you Michaela!

Jose was very helpful and gave us many tips for the area. The apartment matched the pictures and everything was great. Nearby are all restaurants, bars and a huge beach. Definitely recommendable!

Cátia is an amazing host! She responded very quickly and provided all the important information right away. Upon arrival, we found a lovely gift of local wine, jam, and crackers. The apartment is cozy, with a large balcony overlooking the garden. In the mornings, you can enjoy the beautiful singing of birds. The apartment has everything you need—from a spoon to a pot—for a stay of a day or a month. I highly recommend it to anyone new to Portugal!
