Quietly located by the lawn in a charming village with breathtaking views, the house is a 3 minute stroll from the gorgeous beach (with private direct access through lift). It has all the amenities needed for a great stay, including nearby supermarkets & 3 pools. We use this house for our family holidays, so it is well kept & equipped. We are in a peaceful area with plenty to do nearby. Close by you will find restaurants, bars and nightclubs, child activities, golf, tennis and water sports.

The views over the golf course are a nice bonus.<br><br>Ground floor:<br>On the ground floor, you will find a large family-style kitchen, living room, dining area, two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a home office/study.
