Quiet neighborhood with very light traffic, palm trees, nicely gardened areas and lots of parking. The Country Club (where pools, jacuzzi, tennis and bar are located) is a short 5 minute walk away. The indoor pool is heated from November to April. You can enjoy multiple nearby beaches within a 5 minute drive. Shopping in the area is very convenient with many options less than 5 minutes by car (Aqua Shopping Center, Nova Vila Retail Park, Continente and Intermarché supermarkets).

Our location is perfect. There is free street parking, a minibus stop in front. Very close to supermarkets. Here you are 1.7 km (25 min walk) from Praia da Rocha and only 500 m (10 min walk) from the city center and the beautiful Arade waterfront, where you can hike and enjoy the scenery.
