Our secluded cabin is surrounded by ancient oak tree forest and all the wildlife that comes with it. It’s so peaceful that you will only hear the river and the birds. Set in 10 acres of our own land for you to explore and easy access to Snowdonia public foothpaths, it’s perfect for those looking to spend some time in nature. The cabin itself features private wood fired hot tub, wet room, underfloor heating, large deck with bbq, kingsize bed, kitchen, living and dining area and a private cinema.

Borth-y-Gest, quirky cottage close to coastal path

Hen Gegin is a recently renovated 18th century “out kitchen” to our main farmhouse. The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. This quaint newly refurb luxurious Cottage sleeps 4 with a large garden and patio area. The master bedroom offers sea views, and beach access is half a mile away. Situated just on the outskirts of the picturesque small town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales where all amenities can be found and our beautiful Castle. Breath taking walks can be accessed from the doorstep which can take you along the beautiful coastal path and/or venture through farmland and take in the fresh air.

With underfloor heating, wood burning stove, toilet, shower, fridge and a patio you could not wish for a more secluded location. Hot tub is located 15 feet from the pod and very private. Tegfryn is located in the beautiful and unspoilt village of Borth y Gest. The semi-detached house benefits from glorious sea and mountain views and has been awarded a 5 star rating by Visit Wales. Tegfryn sleeps 8 people (plus one cot). There is spacious living accommodation downstairs with a kitchen/ diner, a front lounge, a rear sitting room and a WC. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs; two king (one with en-suite), one twin and one bunk. There is also a family bathroom located upstairs.

Please be aware that this is the top apartment on the third floor, up three flights of stairs, there is no lift.
