This charming Welsh cottage is located less than 1 mile from the famous Ty coch inn, in the beautiful fishing village of Porthdinllaen, Morfa Nefyn and the popular Nefyn Golf club. The heart of the cottage is the inglenook fireplace that was once the workplace of the local blacksmith, hence the name 'Yr Hen Efail', meaning 'The Old Smithy'. Centred around this is the cosy, sociable, open plan living, dining and kitchen space perfect for gatherings and relaxation. Sleeps 4-6 and pets are welcome.

With 2 main bedrooms (1 King, 1 Double) it is ideally suited to a couple/2 couples who want to be close to the beautiful beach, the Wales Coast Path and yet stay in a village location with shops and places to eat/drink. The Ship Inn is within walking distance of the property and Llanbedrog's National Trust Beach is 5 mins drive away it's dog friendly throughout the year. We welcome two well behaved dogs at no extra charge ( additional on request) The cottage has a small enclosed garden patio area and small lawn.

Note the upstairs double bedroom has restricted headroom so is not suitable for tall people!!

Situated in the village of Nefyn, Tai’r Lon is just a mile from a challenging (but stunning) Golf Course, beautiful beaches and easy reach of Snowdonia National Park. The Cottage is surrounded by many coastal walks. (Sea views from the front bedroom, and mountain views from the back bedroom) There is also a varied magazine subscription delivered, along with games, and books (and Netflix plus WiFi!)
