Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

This is the view found only on postcards and movies, and to have it right at my fingertips was the treat of a lifetime. Light bright compact space with all I needed, and the blackout curtains were helpful. Even with the teaming summer hoardes shuffling by underneath, my space felt like private retreat. I even sang along to the evening buskers. Super clean and easy to access, the laundry was a bonus. I’m already planning a return trip. Perfect spot for solo female travelers.

My family and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnBs now around the world, and this one will always be remembered as one of the most special. It’s a beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment, with gorgeous furniture, luxurious shower room and comfortable beds, but the real beauty of spending time at Quayside is delivered by Daniel and Ross. They are such warm, welcoming and kind hosts full of helpful local knowledge… a stay here is a pleasure from start to finish! Mevagissey is a fascinating little working harbour town, and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. We loved walking a small section of the South West coast path from Porthpean to Charlestown. Thank you Daniel and Ross… you really are wonderful people offering something very special.

Nice place, especially the kitchen and bathroom fittings. Location was easy to find, and free parking available on the street. The only small issues were that the 2nd bed (a sofa bed) wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the lock/key for the front door was a bit finicky to operate. All in all, a great spot, and very responsive host when i had questions.

An extremely enjoyable weeks holiday helped massively by extremely good weather. The property's location was ideal for our purpose as we were able to walk to the town and avoid using the car. On arrival we received a friendly welcome from Vanessa which extended to practical help as the car was slightly too long for the parking space available. Vanessa immediately made alternative parking arrangements just a few minutes walk away which we were able to use throughout the holiday. We would certainly have extended our stay if we were in a position to do so.

This apartment was placed perfectly within walking distance to all of the beauty St Ives has to offer. The apartment was extremely clean with everything you’d need. Both Susi and Graham were very polite, attentive, and helpful, with recommending some great spots to eat. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I had a marvelous one week stay in this cosy and tranquil condo with panoramic views of gorgeous Carbis Bay and easy access to public transport, including the local rail service that runs between St Ives and St Erth just five minutes walk downhill. Spotlessly clean and well provisioned, with a huge light filled kitchen featuring newer appliances, and one of the bathrooms conveniently located downstairs. It was such a pleasure staying in a place reflecting pride of ownership and professional management, creating a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience. The master bedroom mattress was a bit too soft for us, but we seem to be the outliers based on reviews. Highly recommend.

Warm welcome to Faraday and some good local information from Anthony. The apartment is in a great location with parking outside the door. Easy to find according to instructions and use of keybox. Great for walking to Verdant Brewery Tap, catching the train into Falmouth or popping to the Seasalt sale shop which are all minutes away. A quiet area with great views over Falmouth and easy access to many places worth a visit like Trebah Gardens, St Mawes, Marazion and many other great places and beaches. We could have stayed longer and explored further! I would heartily recommend a stay at Faraday for your holiday as it has all you need and would be very happy to have the opportunity to stay again. Corri’s cottage is fabulous, beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas and beds. Kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed to cook on the few evenings we didn’t eat out. Lovely garden with sofas/chairs to lounge on which we did get to enjoy despite some mixed weather. Mousehole is a perfect place to set off on some stunning costal walks which is what we spent our week doing. We also enjoyed dinner at 2 Fore Street, Mackerel Sky & the Tolcarne Inn.

We borrowed buckets and spades (and trucks and diggers) from the collection in the shed and took the short walk down to the lovely sandy beach most days. My granddaughter had heaps of fun playing in the shallow pools and golden sand in the sun. There were bodyboards too, but she's a little little for that just yet. Nanny was usually to be found observing us from the comfort of the Cove Cafe and admiring the wonderful vista - St Ives Bay in the sunshine (which is also the view from the house itself). The bravest of us swam in the chilly sea and returned invigorated, eyes sparkling. Suki charged about with energy and enthusiasm, greeting every other dog on the beach. We highly recommend this place. Notes: It's a flat beach, so the sea is very close a high tide and a long way off at low tide. Eating out in Cornwall is expensive. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and there is a Lidl and M&S Food Hall nearby if you are minded to eat in. The train St Erth<->St Ives is a nice option.

Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed! Deserves more than 5 stars. The location couldn't be better to get straight out to lots of beaches, bars etc. St Ives streets are small and traffic is restricted 930am to 4pm on the street but outside these times we found it easy to unload then booked a parking space 10 mins walk away on JustPark. The view has to be seen, it's even better than it looks... when people stop at the balcony for a picture you know it's the perfect spot - and we helped take a couple of pictures for them from above! The best thing was having a nice glass of wine on the armchairs with the windows open and listening to the waves and watching the change in tides. Spa bathroom was unreal as was everything really. Already looking at dates to come back! We also enjoyed Johns Wine Bar, The Host (had great live music), Mor Beach Cafe for morning rolls and James King for beautiful St Ives jewellery. Thanks again David we loved it all!

We had a lovely weekend in Kathleen’s beautiful home. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. We appreciated all of the additional touches for my baby niece- she loved the books and bath toys! The best part of the house is the stunning views of the coast and St Michael’s Mount- it’s worth staying for alone. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙂

Really enjoyed our stay at Sam's place. Great location, easy to find and very quiet residential area. Super close to walk to resturants, coffee houses and pubs. Sam was very responsive to any queries ( not that there were many) The house was clean and decorated to a high standard. Helpful folder containing information about the house. Highly recommend Sam's place and would re book without hesitation if visiting Penzance again.

As a family of 4 the property was ideal, it had all the amenities required for our 4 day stay. The property is stunning, so tastefully furnished and decorated, it is in a prime location with stunning sea views. Its location is great for strolling into Penzance and a short car journey to local sites, such as the Minack theatre, which is well worth a visit as well as St Ives. We were luckily enough to meet Lenn during our stay, he knows the area well and gave some great suggestions as well as being a great host, we found the property easily and followed Lenn’s instructions to a tee, we would recommend Lenn and Gord’s beautiful property, and was very sad to leave it to come home, a stunning find x

Superb value for money. The place was pristine, quiet and offered superb views of St Michael's Mount Bay with great access to all the local beaches and attractions. The parking situation was a little tricky, mainly due to having a big car and me being a bit crap at parallel parking, but Tom gave very clear instructions about this which helped a lot and by the end of the trip I had got some much needed practice in. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to visit a stunning part of Cornwall, my mother-in-law had a fabulous 60th Birthday and I enjoyed a lovely first Father's Day with my daughter, thank you very much for having us Tom and we hope to visit again soon!

The location is perfect. Train and busstation are in walking distance. The apartment and views are absolutely beautiful, you definitely pay for this though, personally I found it quite a bit pricey but it was worth it.

Absolutely beautiful flat. Very well equipped and perfectly located - the entrance to the park was just opposite which was ideal for our dogs - and it's a gorgeous park. Everything was light and airy and I really enjoyed sitting in the chair in the bay window enjoying the view of the harbour and reading. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in.

We had such a lovely stay! The accommodation was as described, really clean with beautiful art. The view from the garden was stunning. Jane was so friendly & helpful from the moment we booked. Carbis Bay beach is a short walk away with restaurants looking out over the sea. It's so easy to get around, the station is a quick walk away & less than 5 minutes to get into St Ives. The location was perfect for us, we spent a day travelling around to Lands End & St Michael's Mount. Everything was perfect, would definitely recommend & would love to stay again!

So nice to arrive after a long journey to find the water hot with excellent shower facilities, a welcoming comfortable bed with good quality bedding. We were told it was dog friendly, so we were appreciative to find bowls, towel etc., should you forget. The location was ideal for exploring the North Coast and we made full use of our NT membership. Wonderful dog friendly beaches and eating establishments very accomodating. we particularly enjoyed Godrevy and Holywell Coves. ''Tap House'' in St Agnes is a must , great food reasonably priced , but make sure you book and allow time for parking.

Exceeded expectations, perfect location, immaculate accommodation, and Penny is indeed a "superhost" - warm, welcoming and helpful. And the cream tea was a very thoughtful and much appreciated bonus! No negatives at all.

A beautiful apartment with amazing views. Very close to the university which was the purpose of our visit. Our host was very friendly and was excellent at communicating with us. We would 100% stay at this property again.
