The Apartment has stunning unrivalled views over the bay and beach of Rhosneigr. The apartment is up two flights of stairs but the view from the lounge and kitchen windows makes the climb worthwhile. The apartment is well-appointed, comfortable, and centrally heated to cater for stays throughout the year. The property is on the beach with parking for 1 vehicle but sorry no Vans. Rhosneigr has some excellent restaurants and takeaways together with boutique shops and a general store/Post office.

Mezzanine bedroom with a very low ceiling height, you are not able to stand in the mezzanine, but it is accessed by stairs and it is recommended if you may have access issues, then there is a pull out double sofa-bed that can be used as an alternative. This beautiful spacious Holiday Home situated in the pictuesque resort town of Colwyn Bay a stones throw from the newly renovated sandy beach/promenade. There is a little fishing village with shops and restaurants a short walk along the promeade, colwyn bay has a train station and a selaction of shops cafes pubs and the Welsh Mountain Zoo. With private stepped access to the beach, our home comfortably sleeps 4 across 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, but can sleep up to 6 using the sofa bed in the second lounge. The Annexe adjoins Ty Deryn Y Mor (also a holiday let), each has their own private garden, decking and path to the beach.

A beautiful house with a wonderful welcome gift which was much appreciated. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location was perfect for exploring and visiting the area. Beautiful surroundings. Cafe Braf right opposite was great, shop next door also. Beach a few steps from the property. Deb kept in contact and responded quickly to any questions. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

stayed over Easter with Lorraine & Simon at the Cottage . Simon me us at the cottage. he was super friendly very informative gave us lots of advice like places to eat and speed limits around Wales . The Cottage was amazing super clean as shown in photos . A real nice touch was fresh milk in the fridge and a tray of treats coffee biscuits ext . The cottage was very cosy with a Beautiful sea view to wake up to every moment. We had a wonderful relaxing stay . thanks to Lorraine & Simon and there amazing Cottage. Tracey & Darren

We highly recommend staying at this wonderful house. The photos really do not do it justice - the house is an incredible space and the views are utterly stunning. The house was beautifully clean, the bedsheets were luxurious and cosy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. The bathrooms are modern and fantastic. The bedrooms are larger than they appear in the photos and beautifully decorated. The proximity to the town is excellent but the house is also private and peaceful. It also has a wonderful enclosed space for dogs to run around in. We are so grateful to Ben for letting us stay over Christmas, with the house beautifully decorated for the festive period. We hope to be able to come and stay again soon!

Absolutely fabulous apartment. The views are stunning, it is spacious, very clean and perfectly situated. There was ample parking out front but also private off street if needed. I would go back definitely . Loved the location for visiting the area and travelling that part of Wales.

We have been coming to Rhos for many years and this was our first ever air bnb. We LOVED it. Super central and super clean and great fun with a lovely breakfast bar and huge rooms. Lots of hot water and efficient heating. One minute from the beach. Lee was a friendly and flexible host. We will definitely return. A whole new twist in our holiday experience here.

We had a great stay at Lilian’s caravan, it is well equipped and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach is fabulous! The kids loved climbing the sand dunes to get to the sea and we spent several evenings playing on the beach. Huge thanks to Lilian for being such an amazing host, she was incredibly responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to resolve the couple of minor issues we had. We would recommend staying here if you want to stay at Greenacres, you can’t beach the pitch or the host!
