Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Located in the attic of the chalet, this spacious apartment can accommodate 6 adults and 3 children. The apartment features a cozy living room, 4 modern bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, and an attic mezzanine with 3 single beds. Since the ceiling of the mezzanine is very low, this space is suitable for children. For a relaxing moment after a day in the mountains, enjoy the sauna with a view and the spa. The decorative stoves are not usable.

In winter, ski in / ski out directly from the chalet, in the Portes du Soleil area 600km + of slopes between France and Switzerland! Perfect for 2 people, but able to accommodate up to 4 people less comfortably, this 27 m2 studio in a chalet of 2 apartments at 1600 meters above sea level. A sofa that can serve as an extra bed completes the studio. A ski room is available to store your ski equipment.

Le Grenier du Servagnou in La Chapelle d'Abondance

Authentic Savoyard attic completely renovated at 1340 m altitude, next to the slopes of the Panthiaz, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" area. Full south, unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a snowmobile and/or SSV shuttle to the first car park accessible to cars (1.2 km). Return to the chalet with skis on, if possible.
