Jay was an outstanding host. Everything was as described and then some. Very friendly and helpful person who went above and beyond to help with local information and guidance. I would strongly recommend this location when in downtown Halifax. Very close to the pier, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. Well worth the money spent. Jay takes pride in his property and always upgrading to guest comfort. Whenever my family and I are in Halifax, we will be back at Jay’s.

From booking to checking out, this was a great experience. The location was amazing. The place was clean and very welcoming. Thank you for the treats and the Tim’s coffee was an extra bonus. The bed was so comfy and the pillows were just like home. It was exactly what we needed and would highly recommend this place I. The future.

The spot was perfect for us, a great little cottage by the lake. The lake was gorgeous! Chris was very responsive for all of our changes in schedule and questions we had and even left us a little welcome gift of some snacks and drinks. It was incredible and we would stay there again! also it is much closer to Halifax than you think! Turn on tolls when looking because everyone uses the toll bridge and it's just 1.25$ at time of writing and it saves 20 minutes to get into Halifax!

We loved our stay here. Great location for getting to different places. Beds were super comfortable. Nice front porch to sit and relax in the evening. Owners live on the property so you will pass by eachother, they are really friendly.

Very cozy place! It was right by the water with a beautiful view. Very convenient as well. We were about a 30 minutes drive from Downtown Halifax. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place and amazing host! I'd stay there again. :)

This house is absolutely magical! The interior is very tasteful with all the exquisite wood, wainscoting, stained glass, wonderfully huge windows, beauteous kitchen containing everything we needed for cooking during our stay, great deck for enjoying our dinner with Benjamin Bridge bubbly, and very comfortable bedroom in the loft. Marvellous reno! We would have loved to stay longer than the one night, but had to catch a flight. Next time will be longer! Les and Kathy Vancouver BC

Our large family enjoyed a 5 night stay at the house and it is easily one of the nicest in our memory of AirBnB homes. There was lots of space for our group and the little kids loved exploring outside. We hosted some extra family one evening for dinner and found everything needed in the well appointed kitchen. The beds were very comfortable too! We loved everything about this home. It's little out of the city but that was ok for us. A memorable trip for us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mary's place. It had everything we needed, including a nice big kitchen with a lovely view; it felt like I was cooking in a treehouse :-) Mary was very easy to communicate with. We would be happy to stay here again.

The place was comfortable and good value for money. Peaceful neighborhood away from the busy Halifax area. It had the necessary amenities and Barry was very accommodating and friendly.

Ursula’s place was wonderful and perfect for our visit. It is an easy walk to the ferry in a great, walkable neighborhood close to great food and bars. The place was clean, the kitchen well stocked and the bed was really comfortable. Ursula is lovely, responded quickly and was helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Weekend stay with our adult kids at Cameron's place, really convenient location for our activities on a quiet street. The apartment was spacious and clean with parking. All the amenities we needed. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely gorgeous pristine property with a beautiful fire pit and seating area. Great little walking trail that surrounds the property and follows along a brook. The hosts had every light clearly labeled in the house for which was which this was great when your unfamiliar with the spot. The hosts had clear instructions posted on the door how to access the walking trail, how to start the BBQ, how to start the firepit. Although not beach weather during my stay the airbnb was equipped with beach chairs a cooler and beach toys and boogie boards for guest use and also was all Clearly labeled stating so. Bathroom had extra "if you forget" toiletries. Small coffee area fully stocked with small snacks and espresso machine with full stock of pods. Another great feature was the bedroom had a small rechargeable fan you could use as hand held or lay on your pillow if your a fan person I loved this. Definetly recommend this airbnb and the hosts 5*

Henry's place was spotless! Exactly like the pictures, the appartment was ultra clean, comfortable, well designed and stocked with more than the necessities. It is a few minutes drive from downtown Halifax and near really nice hiking trails (Pennant Point, Duncan's Cove, Pot Lake loop). My friend and I had a wonderful time and would definitively stay at Henry's again if we were to come back to Halifax!

Elissa was a great host and made me feel welcome immediately. The place is beautifully done and a nice peaceful ambiance to spend a night. Wrinkles also gives Elissa a five star rating. He was welcomed with bowls for food and water and offered a coZy bed to sleep in!

This garden level apartment is blocks from the waterfront and only a 15 min walk to the convention center. A perfect spot to call home for a few days! It will stay cool in the summer - a little dark down in the lower level but I was hardly there during the day, so didn't mind it. The bathtub is so nice - I enjoyed a bath one night. I'd stay here again!

Wonderful location, and Angela is an excellent host! She was very responsive the entire time and made us feel very welcome and comfortable in her space. Next time we're in Halifax, we'll definitely book with Angela again!

The apartment suited me perfectly with a thoughtfully appointed kitchen, quiet space and very clean. A great place for a week of remote work in Halifax! Will look to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself!

Sally was excellent with her communications and instructions. Her place is well appointed and was very adaptive to our needs, both with easy access to the north end and within when we wanted to cook for ourselves. Thanks Sally for sharing your place!

Well appointed, central location and great proximity to the waterfront. Comfortable, spacious and clean. Great choice if you’re looking for walkability and convenience within the downtown core.

Took a short trip to Halifax with my family, four of us in total. Keer's place was perfect. There was more than enough space for everyone. The place was as described, very clean, well kept, nicely decorated and walking distance to restaurants, grocery and stores. Keer, Doris and other co-hosts were very pleasant, polite and responsive. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we're in Halifax.
