Very nice and clean place, better than the photos. It is located on the beach, in a very quiet area that is about 10 minutes from the city of Volos with a very good road. Manos is a great host, and eager to help.

The house is for sure more beautiful than shown in pictures. Cleanness is above 5 stars. Supplied with all facilities to make your stay memorable (full kitchen & bath equipment). Central heating well working, fire place too. Outdoor BBQ facilities also. Bed linen & towels soft & clean. Centrally located , nearby (walking distance) to village square ,restaurants, cafes markets, but also with the necessary privacy. Plenty space of parking. Fantastic view upto the Aegean sea. Although we stayed around Epiphany holiday (winter season) and the house and area atmosphere was marvelous Christmas-New year decorated, I believe that house will be fine for summer period as well, since plenty fantastic beaches are around the village (10-15 minutes driving far away). Cost reasonable for the accommodation quality that offers. If you want to feel like your home but in a magnificent place, this is the right place.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

The location of the house is fantastic, there is a beautiful sea view with easy accessibility at the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops near the house. We felt like home, very nice and cozy decoration, comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had all the amenities for a pleasure accommodation. The location is very good if you want to reach the center on foot. Volos is anyway a city where you can walk to almost everything. Communication with the hostess was very fast, very friendly and if we are in the area again, I would like to book the apartment again.

It's one of the prettiest homes we've ever stayed in. So beautiful we wanted to stay in the house and not explore the island :-). It is new, spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, equipped with all amenities, with air conditioning and TV in every room of the house, with huge private parking within the plot, in an amazing location that you can have access to the whole island, next to Koukounaries and close to many restaurants and infrastructure. In addition, Chrysoula is a very warm and kind person who was very helpful and kind. We will be very happy to go back and highly recommend it for a great experience and stay in Skiathos.

Everything was above our high expectations. The place is beautiful with magnifiscent view, both from the living room and from the master bedroom. The apartment was well heated, well equiped and very cozy. The location was the best. Highly reccomended! Yoav

This is a lovely, well equipped house in a great location - beautiful beaches are only a short drive away (get there early if you want a sun bed) and there are plenty of good places to eat in the village. We especially loved the vegetable garden!

Beautiful house, good location close to the beach, great the small dishwasher and washing machine if you are to several people.Horefto a nice place with mainly Greek tourism, the tavern "to Kima" (the wave) is fantastic to eat and we have never paid more than 10 euros per person in a large group for the finest fish and seafood dishes, the typical homemade side dishes and much more. The beach never crowded (July), the neighboring beach with the wildlife tenants even more original and invites you to take nudist bathing, even recently a hidden cafe. The Pilion through the mixed forests and springs is nice to hike and not too hot.

Marina's house is captivating. Sparkling clean, modern and tasteful and very homey. Marina should get 1st prize for the best outfitted kitchen in Airbnb history - there is every appliance and utensil, that you could want and we cooked major meals and also barbequed (great local grocery store close by has everything). There are plenty of cupboards in the bedrooms, absolutely pristine bedding and extra pillows. But the star of the show is the view. You can't grasp the depth and magic of the verdant valley that spreads below the terrace and runs all the way to the sea. We passed many hours on that terrace, just bathing our eyes and souls in the beauty of this place, letting our ears rest with a silence I have never experienced. There is a feeling here that no photograph can capture. If you are looking for peace for your soul, look no further. A place to return to for sure.

Nice stays and perfect house in a quiet place!

This is a family beach house, back yard takes you straight on the beach of Kalifteri, just next to Costa Kali beach bar (which has great coctails and comfort food, good music and kids -age 0-10 -all over). The house is big and has all comforts that a holiday house can have...We were 8 and could still have private space within the house when needed! The sea is clear blue, no waves and as the sun sets the view is great (mosquitos are annoying but with repellents you will be fine). Mr Giorgos was staying in a seperate house within the property, very discrete and kind man, there to give tips and smiles! Higly recommented place!

The house was decorated very well, and felt right at home. Everything was as clean as it gets and looked exactly like the listing. There is a park nearby that adds a peaceful sense. Ekaterina was very friendly & responsive, and was keen on making us feel comfortable.

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Exceptional hospitality in a beautiful space very close to the center!

It is a completely renovated two-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea, second floor two steps from the beach. The house isn't very big, but it's sufficient for a couple with a baby or kid. The house is fully equipped with everything. The location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with easy access to the sea. Highly recommended.

The house was great!!very modern and very clean!It was decorated for Christmas and the basilica was very welcoming and helpful in everything we needed!!

The stay is very central in the city center of Volos. Upon entering, we immediately felt welcome, the house was preheated for us and super neat. The bed was lovely, the kitchen has everything you need and outside we could enjoy the terrace. We are very happy with these choices and will definitely be back when we are back in Volos. Thank you!
