El apartamento esta en el conjunto residencial de La Pleta, en el pueblo de Soldeu, rodeado de naturaleza. Esta a muy pocos metros de las pistas de esquí de Grandvalira y a 5 minutos a pie del telecabina. A poca distancia de restaurantes , bares y tiendas. Muy cerca también del valle de Inclés, de los más bonitos de Andorra.

Situé en centre ville avec une exposition plein sud face au Canigou, cet appartement de 80 m2 au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble calme vous accueille pour un séjour. Tout confort avec sa petite terrasse, très lumineux et spacieux. A 5mn à pied de la gare et de tout commerce de proximité. Stationnement sur le parking privé a l'arrière de l'immeuble. Les arrivées et départ se font en toute autonomie afin de parfaire votre séjour. Le dépaysement en plein centre ville. Bienvenue à vous.
