This is an absolutely outstanding Air BnB to stay in. An extremely chilled out vibe throughout the property. A perfect place for switching off,enjoying magnificent views and getting away from it all, yet close to Picton, Blenheim and all that Marlborough has to offer. Slept with the curtains open and marvelled at the galaxy and stars before falling asleep on such a comfy bed!! The coffee machine , the fire , the rugs all fabulous touches and the bathrooms and showers reminded us of staying in a 5 star hotel! Will be back before the end of the year.

Our team didn't want to leave!! It was perfect. I did overlook the loft being the 3rd bedroom, as it has no door, we changed our team around and just had 2 bedrooms being used instead of 3. Apart from that it was perfect. Thanks so much for having our team stay, really appreciate you being so accommodating.

We had a wonderful two-night stay! The location was absolutely ideal—just a short drive from the ferry terminal, making it super convenient to explore the town and waterfront. Despite being close to everything, the house was quiet at night. If you're visiting Picton, we highly recommend this spot.

This place is a gem. We had such a great stay. The location was perfect, a beautiful part of the country and so peaceful. We enjoyed waking to the tui's in the trees out front. The house was cosy and had everything we need. Great host and very responsive. We will be back.

We stayed at Mariana’s place for two nights while visiting family in Blenheim and had a lovely time. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it felt like a great little home base for our trip. We arrived later in the day, but the home warmed up quickly with the heat pump and extra heaters provided. It’s in a quiet spot, perfect for relaxing, yet close enough to explore everything Blenheim has to offer. A real bonus for us was that it’s dog friendly, with a good-sized backyard – just a note that it’s not fully fenced, so something to keep in mind. The fruit trees around the yard were a charming touch, and I can imagine it would be an awesome spot to enjoy in the summer months. Would definitely recommend Mariana’s place to others visiting the area!

We enjoyed our time in Moenui. The Bach was homely and we particularly enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the view. We made use of the nearby boat ramp and mooring along with kayak provided for our use. Really helpful host - we would definitely stay again for a peaceful getaway.

I highly recommend this property as it had amazing views of Malborough Sound. Sitting on the balcony was very peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of heating which made the apartment cosy. There is a hot tub on the balcony to sit in and enjoy the views. Sky TV had lots of channels which was appreciated. Would stay again.

A compact apartment that packed in everything we needed. Full kitchen, comfortable seating with views across town to sea from large picture window, great bed (also with views to sea), handy storage alcoves for clothes and suitcases, shower with plentiful hot water, and - the nicest surprise - a great size deck with bbq. There's no full photo of deck so we worried it might be tiny but loved it and the views to sea and mountains. It is overlooked by the picture window of the rear unit, this was never a problem and we used it often as weather was great. Short walk to town (we dont drive), handy supermarket and host's cafe and bar recommendations. Just one design flaw; the L-shape breakfast bar fits 2 stools under but only one human when you pull out the stools! It was a pity not to have comfortable dining space when evenings got cooler and we ate indoors. Overall an excellent choice and great value for Picton.

This is such a lovely apartment, nice & clean. Good convenience location with a lot of nice restaurants. Robin is a super nice host, very helpful & flexible for special request. The environment is quiet & very beautiful sunset. Will have no doubts staying at the same place when I visit Picton again. I am very lucky choosing this great place for my long weekend vacation. Only a couple minutes drive from town the location is great for those wanting to catch the ferry or just enjoy Picton. Deb was very friendly and check in was super simple and flexible. Great room with everything you need and even has a washing machine.

So glad we stayed here. Very comfortable home with a fantastic view. This ended up being our favourite place to stay during our NZ holiday.

Brilliant little Air BnB in a nice part of Picton. Very well described, modern, new, clean and crisp. Great access from road, parking a breeze and just a really nice feel to the place overall. You won’t be disappointed!
