Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately
