Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Port of Copenhagen

Very cozy house on the outskirts of Copenhagen ideally located to the S-Bahn station for a quick trip to Copenhagen center. Karen and Thorbjørn were super friendly on arrival and already let us into the house in the morning, although that was not so agreed.

Although we were busy travelling and didn’t have much time to enjoy this wonderful space, it had a home like feel for us to rest our heads after long days discovering nearby areas, along with visits to Copenhagen, day trips to Sweden & and overnight stay in Germany. Laust was very responsive to address any of our needs. Our stay was over Christmas & New Year holidays visiting family members, so we weren’t able to enjoy the lovely terrace or gardens on the property. The location is ideal and within walking distance to the beach. It’s also a short 15 minute drive to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art and approximately 30 minute drive to Kronborg Castle. We hope to return in the future to enjoy the outdoor space! We very much appreciate the use of this spacious accommodation during our stay, with attentive hosts!

A large family house, with a lovely backyard, with furniture in the courtyard! Bikes can be used. The house has everything you need. Convenient location to travel. 45 minutes by car to Copenhagen. Comfortable communication with hosts. There are grocery stores nearby if you are driving. We recommend spending your vacation. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful weekend.

Pernille and David were great host. Communication was quick, friendly and accurate. House is big with modern kitchen and bathroom and overall very family-friendly. Nice and big garden. Comfortable double bed for two adults. For additional adults there is an inflatable mattress.

We had a great week in this beautiful house with nice garden and terras. Everything we needed was there. Communication was easy. We had no car but since the bus station is close, we could easily explore the city. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved Ivan's house with his loving cat. The house is clean and comfortable. It was very comfortable to live with children as there are a lot of children's toys in the house. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Iann is always in touch and ready to help answer any questions. We are very satisfied and recommend using Iann's house.

A really good accommodation to visit Copenhagen!

Simon's place was perfect for our trip to Copenhagen. The location was extremely close to the Metro, lots of restaurants, and some great parks for kids. It was very walkable but not too noisy. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very clean. Simon was very communicative and flexible with check-in, and Frederiksberg was a wonderful neighborhood to stay with my friends and their young son. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay. Gitte was super responsive and even waited up for us, even though we arrived well past midnight.

Very nice place to stay. It was very convenient that the property was within walking distance of the airport. Public transport and shopping are also quickly reached. The communication went smoothly. We lacked nothing.

Saying at Janniche place really help make our trip to Copenhagen amazing. the house is so cozy that we felt at home right from the start. the heated bathroom floor, I'll miss it for sure. Janniche replies very quickly and made the check-in very smooth.

John's place is sunny and spacious in an historic building. Loved the wide floorboards! We stayed two nights. The appartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient for everything we wanted to visit in central Copenhagen. John communicated well with us.

Pros: This apartment is small but in a lovely 1890s? building with a great courtyard. The location is one stop away from the central train station, Tivoli, & several museums. I loved that my teenagers got a chance to see & appreciate how a Danish family truly loves in the city. Though small to us, there was a space for everyone to go to get away from each other if need be. Full kitchen & fridge for a quick meal or sandwiches to go. Lovely balcony to enjoy the long evenings & a great neighborhood to explore. We all felt safe & had a wonderful time. Know upfront: The bathroom is a long galley style wet room. The shower, sink, & toilet are all together. Due to the age of the building, bathrooms are a bit tricky to modernize so… the shower is the first space you see when you enter the room. Once all the showers are finished, you have to squeeze to floor, WELL, so it can dry before people need the room again. Jeppe does not add a cleaning fee but he asks you to clean before you leave.

Had a great stay at Svend's place. The apartment is very nice, flooded with light and very cozy, we felt right at home. The communication was great and we were even able to get into the apartment a little earlier very spontaneously. Everything was perfect thank you so much!

One of our best AirBnB stays ever. Christina was a SUBERB host — kind, responsive, helpful, a wealth of local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment was delightful. GREAT location — around the corner from Torvehallerne, walkable to the entire city, and right at the Nørreport station for the best possible accessibility to transit. (Direct trains to airport, Malmö, and really everywhere else you’d want to go.) Even though it’s central, it’s remarkably quiet because it faces out onto two courtyards rather than a street. Plus, the apartment is decorated with great style — eclectic, idiosyncratic, beautiful, artistic. And it was spotless. And the beds and pillows were great. And there's great natural light. l could go on, but I’m running out of characters. Side note -- the upstairs bedroom was just about the perfect room for our 20-year-old daughter. Private, great views, great light. Just perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. No notes.

Julie was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect for our stay as a family. The location is very close to local restaurants, shops and easy access to the Metro and Trains. We also loved how many local parks and green spaces there are as well as kid playparks. Excellent hospitality and was very good at recommending places to go. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Hristo and Arna Lara’s place. It was a great location for our family, especially with our 1 year old. We were provided with crib, high chair, and enough rooms for 4 adults, plus our toddler. There was lots of space especially for our active toddler. The location was easily accessible from the airport, the walk from the metro station was a manageable, and the area was nice and quiet for our family. Thank you for having us!

The place was beautiful and easy to find. We had a beautiful park in front of the apartment with playground for our kid. The apartment was big and perfect for our family. Maria was every time very nice with us.

Excellent location for discovering Copenhagen: the accommodation is on the bus line that goes from the airport to downtown Copenhagen, so it's super convenient! Apartment that matches the photos 100% and located in a small quiet condominium. Morten responds very quickly to all questions and is very accommodating for check-in and checkout times.
