Gran vía fit all our needs, easy access Montjuic, walk to Mercat Sant Antoni, easy bus connection for Park Guell and placa Catalunya/ gothic and Born district. Also easy connect to eixample ( casa Batlló/ Pedrera. Great to have a separate shower / sink & toilet and extra bedroom not to mention a great wine terrace! Tapas everywhere.

I had a wonderful time in this apartment in Barcelona. The photos accurately depict the beautiful space, and it is just as charming in person. The proximity to the sea is unbeatable, providing a breathtaking view and easy access to the beach. The owner was exceptionally attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout my stay. It's worth noting that in winter, the apartment can be a bit chilly, but this is a minor detail that couldn't spoil my overall impression. I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Barcelona.

I stayed in this apartment for a month, and it felt like home right away. It’s in the Sants area, which is quiet and away from tourists but still close to everything. I could walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores—didn’t use public transport even once. The apartment is small but perfect for one or two people. The bed was so comfortable I slept better than I have in months. It was a bit chilly some days, but the AC with heating worked well and kept it cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven and plenty of utensils, so cooking was super easy. Plus, there are lots of great food options nearby if you don’t feel like cooking. Floriane is an amazing host—super caring and always ready to help if needed. She really made the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Barcelona!

I enjoyed my stay here very much! Great location with plenty of restaurants, markets, cafes etc and a 3 min walk to the metro. The property has everything you need. The only downside is that the hot water in the unit only lasts for a very short period of time. The bed is comfortable and the place is clean. Fast and steady Wifi. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Luis. He is TRULY THE BEST!! He always checked in to make sure I was ok. He had incredible recommendations in the city. Whenever I needed something at the property, he was there. I highly recommend staying here!
