Lyn was a gracious and friendly host, giving us great tips for the Highland Games, and being at-the-ready to answer our questions or help us out. The space was lovely, elegant and yet so comfortable; we felt immediately at home. So quiet and peaceful…a great spot to come home to after a busy day. Birdwatching through the large bay window, and outside from the private garden sitting area, was an added pleasure! Easy walking to the Wobbly Bridge, the fish ladder and dam, and the many trails and country roads around the village, and equally close to great restaurants and pubs if you head into town. We were so happy with our stay!

Knockfarrie Cottage is a jewel in beautiful Pitlochry. Even bigger from the inside. Everything was very nice, beautiful and cozy living room. We were even welcomed with a very yummy chocolate cake. The only downpoint? We should have stayed longer!! Cannot recommend this beautiful place highly enough!! Thx a lot for having us!

Perfect spot in the heart of Scotland for exploring the town, Killiecrankie, House of Bruar and many walking trails right from the studio. Bonus was watching the birds, squirrels and rabbits right from the patio.

Steven was very welcoming and it was the best location to explore the area. Convenient paid parking lot behind the building and close to supermarket, restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this flat. For those with mobility issues it may be a challenge with the stairs.
