Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Port Melbourne Beach

So convenient and great size for our group

We knew we were getting a good, clean Airbnb with a hot tub and convenient location. But from the moment we walked 10 steps into the home we realised it far exceeded our expectations. It was of a very high standard, comfortable and warm, we really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t recommend this place more! If me and my mate come down again we will likely book this place again! 10/10

Naomi is a great host and her place is very comfortable. It’s a cute terrace with a modern upgrade in a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay and Naomi was very happy to help out when contacted.

our stay at Simon's was just perfect. The attention to details in every corner of the house. The cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The kids absolutely loved it and the hot tub was an add on. Simon even gifted us one of his artworks. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

We enjoyed our short time at Julia and Marcus’ place. So handy as a base for all we were in Melbourne to do. Comfy beds and quiet place. Thank you!

Great host, beautiful home and cooling off in the pool was a life saver during the 30 degree hot days. There were loads of fun activities within a 1 hour drive. The area was very peaceful. Thank you Gaurav.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

This place is an absolute gem. Right in the beautiful forest, filled with wildlife, privacy & an overall great experience. From the moment you arrive you feel calm & at home. The accommodation was great & homely with the gas fire heater which was a nice touch during the cold periods there. Sassafras had great restaurants etc, plus the local people are so kind & inviting to tourists, I've never been to a town where everyone is so pleasant & happy! Not to mention the hosts of this airbnb are incredibly kind, generous with their welcome packs & communication was perfect! It was also a pleasant treat to be greeted by kookaburras, Rosella's & parrots each morning on the balcony! I highly recommend this airbnb & location!

What a little gem of a place! Absolutely loved the Provincial cottage at Belle Le Vie. It looks exactly as the photos and description. It was super clean, cosy and comfy. With a forest view, very private from nearby cottages, you could hear the birds and rustling of the trees. The place has netflix to enjoy at your leisure and the spa was great for two people. Breakfast was also a nice touch, with home made loaf of bread, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, milk, tea & Map pod coffee machine. We will definitely reccommend and return to this goegeous cottage. I had a very enjoyable stay. The room was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. It was peaceful, quiet and private with a lovely view of the forest, yet very close to shops and restaurants. Shellie was a wonderful host and I would gladly stay again.
