Vacation rentals with beach access in Port Melbourne Beach

There are so many positive things to say. I was torn between staying in the CBD or Southbank, and I definitely made the best choice. The apartment is almost right in front of the Yarra River, such a beautiful spot for walks. The whole area is so cozy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The sheets and duvet were hotel-quality, so soft to sleep in, and the same goes for the fluffy bath towels, plenty of them too. The shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The curtains in both the living room and bedroom were amazing. We even got to watch some ballet rehearsals from our balcony! John and his wife were very kind and polite. They gave us great local tips and even allowed us to check in earlier, as the apartment was ready ahead of time, which we really appreciated! The pool, hot jacuzzi, and sauna are definitely worth using, such a well-maintained space. Amazing hosts and an amazing place.

Kate’s property in St. Kilda is in a beautiful location, close to Tram stops, beaches, restaurants and much more. The apartment itself was well kept and had everything needed for a couple or solo traveller. I would greatly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne and its surroundings

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Such a beautiful apartment, so spacious clean and neat, amazing views over Albert Park. Definitely will come back for another stay.

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

I am a frequent traveler to Melbourne and have stayed at Sandra's place several times. Once again I couldn't fault anything. It is a great apartment, in a great location with a great host... would give more than 5 stars if I could ;-)

We had a very easy check in and the accommodation was in a great location and was well priced. The bedrooms are not large but have comfortable beds and the unit has two bathrooms. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked like it held everything needed. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The living area had everything needed. Froilan also left some local information that was a nice and welcome touch. Car parking was secure. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is ideal for two people. It came with a well equipped kitchen with initial basic essentials provided (tea, coffee, etc) - ideal after a long journey. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. In addition there is a washer and dryer available - no need to take as many clothes next time. We hired a car, so a parking space was essential, and was provided in the basement. Fantastic location on the promenade with additional beaches located to the east of St. Kilda. Easy access to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest tram stops are within 300m of the property giving easy access to the city. The trams are regular and we didn't see any delays or cancellations. If we ever return to Melbourne, we would definitely check on its availability. Thanks Jen Regards John

After a rough start with the cleaner not having turned up James was able to fix this quickly and had us in the property as quickly as he could. His communication was exceptional and we’d love to stay again

It's an amazing stay at Melbourne Furnished Apartment. It's a beautiful house situated very close to beach, shops, restaurants and tram. House is very clean with everything kept so much aligned and arranged at every corner, to add it gives a pleasant and positive vibes with nice paintings in rooms and common areas. We felt welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. Kids had fun with board games available and they enjoyed a lot. Overall a nice family vacation at this place and will highly recommend it and certainly we will also look forward to book this place again for our future trips to Melbourne.

Andrew’s place was perfect for our stay. We were across the road from the sporting tournament we had travelled for. There were excellent coffee shops, cafes & supermarkets all within a short 5 minute drive. The house was very unique with its decorations, furniture & artwork. The entire house was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed. The shower & bath were both wonderful & the beds were very comfortable.

We very much enjoyed our stay! It's a lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath home in a terrific location.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Jillian was a great host and eclectic definitely describes the property, amazing artifacts from around the world and so many books. It is a much loved family home rather than a sparse let. Park opposite an added advantage. Close to trams, buses, shops and restaurants on Bay St. With a new grandson around the corner I'll definitely look at a return stay as soon as possible!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Mia’s property was perfect for my business stay, but I know if I was to stay for leisure, it would be equally as perfect! It had everything I needed and Mia’s communication could not be faulted.

Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.

We loved Amy’s Place so much we came back for another week after a trip elsewhere. As before, the apartment was spotless, welcoming and well provisioned. Lovely toiletries provided and, unusually for rentals, the pillows were excellent. Hopefully we’ll be able to stay here again next time we visit Oz.

Our family had wonderful stay and appreciated the beautiful location. The view was absolutely spectacular. It was also very convenient to walk around, with lovely restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Jim was very responsive and let us to check in early .Thank you Jim!

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

Nicola was absolutely lovely and so accommodating. The apartment is gorgeous and we felt like we were at home the second we got there. Had a slight issue beyond her control and was so responsive and helpful! Couldn’t recommend it more, near lovely bars, shops, albert park, everything.
