My girlfriends and I had a lovely stay at Mary & Jeff’s house. It is a gorgeous home and the craftsmanship to remodel the home is seen in every room. It is a bright, open home that is so relaxing to spend a long weekend there. 10-15 min drive to Rhinebeck. I’d highly recommend this gorgeous home and property for a Hudson Valley getaway! Everything about this stay was easy and relaxing!

We stayed for a few days at the zen cottage and it was the most relaxing and peaceful weekend. The cottage is exactly has described and super clean. Alma and James were very helpful and welcoming. Overall had an extremely enjoyable weekend and hope to come back soon

This is a lovely house, which is much larger on the inside than it appears from the outside. It would be perfect for a family or a girls weekend or a few couples. Marisa was very responsive when we had any questions.

No notes, incredible escape even in the pouring rain. The ambience, even down to the little things like walking through the door to classical music, was truly top notch.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing weekend escape from NYC and couldn’t have picked a better spot. We came to explore Kingston but loved the house so much that we were just as happy staying in, playing games, and soaking in the cozy vibes. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed — I can only imagine how magical it must be in the summer with the porch, or in the fall with the foliage. Even in late winter, it was idyllic. The location is perfect — just about 10 minutes from Kingston, so it’s super easy to pop into town while still feeling tucked away. We’d absolutely stay here again!

we had a lovely time at Seth’s cottage by the river. Everything was very well appointed and comfortable. I think the beds were the best I’ve had an Airbnb. There was easy access to new Paltz and kingston. I have no hesitation in recommending Seth’s place.

The apartment was absolutely lovely for a long weekend stay in Kingston. I traveled solo and felt safe in the house and neighborhood. The apartment was well stocked with coffee, cooking supplies, soap and linens - everything I needed for the weekend including some extras. I genuinely appreciated all of the thoughtful details in the space that helped make it comfortable and efficient. Highly recommend for a solo traveler or couple of friends looking for a fun getaway!

Kim’s place was an amazing and relaxing little getaway! SUPER clean which is a must for me, plus Kim was so clear and thorough with all instructions! Walkable to many restaurants and workout classes. Highly recommend!

Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

Absolutely loved this spot! Super cute cottage like, very clean, just enough space and beautiful front view! Walking distance to a very nice grocer. If you don’t have a car, Ubers can take 10-15 minutes to get to you so keep that in mind but you are about a mile from the main strip (walkable on a good weather day) and it the BEST downtown are. Full of shops, unique finds and great restaurants. Will be booking again for sure!

Lovely spot, walkable and chill! If it gets chilly there’s plenty of space heaters! We loved the living area. Very intimate spot to unwind after a day of travel

This was the absolute best choice ever! I am coming back and staying for an entire week this summer to explore further some great places we found and to enjoy this adorable apartment! The beds were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in an Airbnb and I've stayed at many. I slept soundlessly, which is rare for me! The snacks and attention to detail was great. The apartment was so comfortable! I felt right at home. It was easy to make excellent meals in the well equipped kitchen - we had everything we needed and the pots, pans and knives are all brand new, again much better than other Airbnbs I've visited. Sitting on the cafe chairs looking out at the beautiful backyard and woods was so incredibly peaceful and serene. We saw deer grazing and soaked in the sweet and natural landscape while we ate breakfast and coffee. What a fantastic stay! I didn't want to leave. Our time here was way too short. I definitely will be back! Don't overthink it, just book it!

It’s been a little over a week since we stayed here and I cannot stop thinking about it. The pictures in this listing are beautiful but the space is even more incredible in person. I also spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and taking in the view of the mountains - so peaceful! The attention to detail here is unmatched. From check in to checkout, everything is very clear. Communication was great. The guidebook is thorough. And, again, the space really is so well done. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings even indoors. Highly recommend!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. Daria and Justin were lovely, responsive hosts. It’s a great little apartment — super clean, well equipped with all the basic necessities, tasteful, well thought out decor, a really pleasant place to be, right on the mountain. Small, but perfect for a couple or small family ski weekend. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

Well designed, well maintained modern style home. Love the warm toned interior. Quick drive to lots of hiking spots which was what brought us here. Management team was very professional and easy to communicate. Will consider for any future trips to Minnewaska/Mohonk.

Great Airbnb! Great Host! Perfect for visiting West Point

This is my second stay at Daniel’s, and it was just as good as the first! I love the location of his place in relation to the mountain. It’s a quick walk up the parking lot to the trails/lifts. Most importantly, my pups feel right at home, and they know his place now! His home is always clean and the linens/towels always smell fresh! I told him I will be coming back multiple times throughout the snow season to go boarding. He is very responsive and helpful and would go out of his way if need be! Overall, 12/10 recommend Daniel’s spot!

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Robert's place was a delight! Spotless with many thoughtful touches. We went for a spring snowboard trip to Hunter and didn't try to walk to the lifts (due to the conditions), but the drive was only a few minutes and super convenient. Robert was very responsive and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is great with a lovely deck and well equipped. Highly recommend this property; we hope to be back!

Just a short stay but all was seamless. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean and updated. I would stay again.
