Enjoy an old-fashioned vacation right across the street from the Hudson river. Watch the tides, boats, and barges pass by. Dining, kayaking within walking. Historic Hudson, Olana just 10 min. drive. This is a house to relax, use as a base for other activities. It is not intended as a place to party.. It is a quiet neighborhood. I expect my guests to respect that. There is a weekend special. Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). This was our second time staying in this special house. Waking up in the cozy bed and feeling like you are sleeping in the beautiful woods with deer just outside the giant expansive windows is really something. The property and surroundings are gorgeous, private and serene. The house itself is perfect for our family. The bedding and linens are quality. The space is charming and magical.

My family had a fabulous 4 night stay at Tina’s place! There was plenty of space to lounge around and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We were a short drive to so many restaurants, farms, breweries and hiking spots. Tina responded immediately every time we asked a question. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing house for a family stay in the Catskills area. Antonia has designed a beautiful home, with so many unique retro nods and details. The basement is an awesome additional space for everyone to hang out in. The backyard set up is also great- with easy access to the hot tub and a few steps to the lake. 15 min drive to great restaurants and things to do-Loved our stay here!

Perfect place to ring in the new year! Super comfy house with lots of space in a gorgeous setting. Very close to skiing and the town of Windham has amazing running/hiking trails super close. Hot tub was the perfect end to the day. Will definitely be back!

What a lovely home! It’s in the residential neighborhood above Great Barrington, which means it’s walkable to Lake Mansfield and the trails there and also either a short drive or a nice walk to everything downtown GB has to offer. The house is squeaky clean with nice kitchen amenities, a yard, and a beautiful detached screen porch for warmer months. Perfect size for a small family and very cozy. We will be back!

Twelve members of our family stayed here for our annual ski weekend at Jiminy Peak. It was exactly what we needed as our home base -- plenty of room for all of us, good amenities, and the living room gave us a large gathering space where we could all sit after a day of skiing and swap stories, play games, and just enjoy being together. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and the owners were really responsive. We highly recommend it!

David’s place is an absolute dream. Like others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. With the stream in the yard, fire pit, hammock, VHS collection, cozy living room, and lofted bedroom, you could easily spend a week here without going anywhere else. We booked last minute and David was extremly accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions, even going so far as to send me a hand drawn map to help us find our way to a local swimming hole. I’ll absolutely be back! My dogs were bummed to return back to our crammed NYC apartmenr after a dreamy weekend here :)
