Dennis was a great host! Extremely responsive and made sure to check up and be proactive if he was needed. The house was in great condition and had everything you could think of and might need. My stay was great and I really enjoyed his house.

Had everything I needed for my stay while working at Southern Tier Imaging. Southern tier is in Johnson city and about 15-20 min drive . This place has easy parking , close to Dunkin and Batch coffee and has hot shower with nice water pressure. Short drive to splash car wash ( I recommend getting the monthly pass if you are here for the winter as you can get unlimited washes for 40.00 a month and first month was 20.00. Short drive to Starbucks and shopping plaza and price chopper grocery store . My cat was allowed to be with me for the stay as well.

MaryAnn creates a home away from home and when we needed something during our stay, was always available. She made sure our stay was stress-free! The location was peaceful and quiet, and has a beautiful view of the river. All in all, very suitable for longer stays, Thanks again!
