Modern villa located close to the beaches and city centre. All rooms have AC, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Large living room with open kitchen, dining area and sofa overlooking the swimming pool and terrace. The villa is in a quiet area of Boulouris yet close to all amenities and the beaches. The villa is perfect for a holiday or a long stay! Spacious and calm. Pool is heated from mid April to end of October on request.

Notre appartement est idéal pour venir découvrir la côte varois. Situé a 1,2 km de la plage de la Péguiére et du centre de rééducation de Boulouris,et 1,8 kmdu Creps de Boulouris. En rez de jardin de notre maison, simple et fonctionnel parfait pour des séjours sportifs et touristiques. Le massif de l'Esterel pour de magnifique randonnée, découvrir les vignobles varois.
