My family and I have stayed at this rental three times now and we love it more and more each stay. The patio is perfect to grill and watch TV or just enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The home itself is cozy, clean, and equipped for anything you need for your stay. I, personally, love the coffee bar because I drink coffee all day long. Lisa is a fantastic host. She is responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back, hopefully sooner rather than later! :)

Marlaya is a fantastic guest! I can’t say enough kind words about her in her husband, who were great help. The place is roomy and comfy, you feel right at home the minute you walk in. Perfect for us on a road trip! I would love to stay at Marlaya’s again!

We opted to leave a little early, but this spot is great. We've stayed on this road before, and enjoy the boat ramp right in the neighborhood. Although, it is under construction and repair, it is still accessible. William & Susan are great hosts. They offer great suggestions for the area, including fishing holes. You have easy Bolivar Beach access, just make sure you have the beach pass. The place is pristine. They offer ample supplies for the stay, from toiletries, to bedding. It is perfect for a couple, and two kids. They even let us park the boat trailer on their property. They are open to suggestions, and great with issues shall amy arise. I'd definitely recommend giving their properties a stay. You won’t regret it!

It was my family’s first time in Beaumont, Texas. This house was an excellent fit for us. We fit perfectly, and there was still plenty of room. The house comes with many amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were able to enjoy the pool while cooking carne asada outside in the shade. I would recommend this place. Heads up foreigners, we discovered a bunch of free museums in town and neighboring cities. If you’re unsure about what to do, we highly recommend checking them out online for their hours and visiting them. Houston is about 1 hour and a half from this Airbnb.

I had a wonderful stay! The home was located in a very safe and quiet area, which was perfect for me and my 18-month-old. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable — exactly what we needed for a relaxing visit. The space felt cozy and welcoming. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was simple and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly place to stay!

Simple, clean, and within walking distance of an Audubon sanctuary. The kitchen is basic but everything works well. Comfortable bed. No grocery stores or restaurants nearby so best to come with supplies. Hope to stay there again.

A very nice stay out in the rural area of Orange, Tx. We happened to arrive when temperature was uncharacteristically low. New heaters had just been installed in the airbnb and it was great foresight on the part of the owners and allowed us to have a warm comfortable stay.

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The view is amazing and the pool is great. There’s an older gentleman who lives in one of the condos that’s super friendly. Host was very proactive in communication, and helpful with recommendations. We had two teens, me and my husband and we had the best time.

Very nice and very quiet, checked in June 3 and checked out August 31. Great location to Beaumount or Port Arthur. Nicely setup and very updated. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
