Two-room apartment in a unique position among the characteristic houses of LungoParma, with a balcony overlooking the stream bed. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and consists of a bright and spacious living area with a double bed (160x200) and balcony, separate kitchen and bathroom with shower.
