Stefano and Roberta are two of the most absolute intrepid souls you will ever encounter. Their hospitality and generosity is without equal. Smartly appointed and expertly renovated, this exquisite example of an ancient farmhouse sits atop a stunning ridge line with vast views and expansive mountain scenery inspiring and enchanting at every turn. Right in the heart of Tuscany, this spectacular piece of the Italian wonderland does not disappoint!

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

A Romantic Villa in the heart of Tuscany

AmandaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.
A scenic view showcases a charming stone house nestled among olive trees, complemented by a clear, inviting infinity pool. Lush greenery extends towards rolling hills, with distant vistas of the countryside and mountains in the background under a clear sky.

Beautiful vacation home with infinity pool

JulieRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Our stay at this beautiful house in Riparbella was simply unforgettable! The highlight was the breathtaking view – on clear days we could even see all the way to Corsica. The view of the sea was absolutely impressive and invited you to dream. The location of the house was perfect for exploring Tuscany. In just a short time we were on the fantastic beach of Vada, and also the picturesque Bolgheri and the historic Volterra are easily accessible. A special thank you is Rachel, the warm local representative, who has always taken care of our concerns in a timely manner and made our stay even more pleasant. Contact with host Christoph was also very friendly and uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back!
A row of metal benches faces the tranquil water of a beach, with gentle waves lapping at the shore. In the distance, hills rise against the blue sky. Two individuals are seen playing near the water's edge, contributing to the serene coastal scene.

The owner, Mr. Fabio, is an excellent example of what it means to take care of guests. Everything is very clean, organized, apartment with everything you need and more. In addition, the owner made recent general improvements (the shower tray criticized in other reviews was new), new washing machine, new air conditioning. Great value, absolutely recommended!

Beautiful bright villa with view - Casa Luca

RafiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!

Villa Vista Elba island

SeeRating, 5 stars33 months ago
Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.
