North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. If you feel like hustle and bustle, St. Peter-Ording, Husum, Tönning or Friedrichstadt with the many sights are not too far away. The famous lighthouse in Westerhever is very close. On the terrace and around the house you can enjoy the sun all day long in peace.

Our small thatched cottage on the Eiderstedt peninsula is located just a few hundred meters from the North Sea. It is located on a barely used side street surrounded by fields in the middle of a bird sanctuary. Built on an old central dike, our cottage offers a panoramic view of North Frisian nature. The sea can be reached on foot or by bike in just a few minutes, and the famous sandy beach of Sankt Peter-Ording is 10 minutes away by car.

The 1000sqm property has a sauna house, an outdoor whirlpool for 4 people and an open fireplace in the living-dining area. Upstairs are three 15 sqm bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room, a separate toilet, the utility room with washing machine and freezer. From there you can access the 30 sqm south-facing terrace and the 800 sqm garden with whirlpool and sauna house.
