Amy’s place was a God-send. Not easy finding pet-friendly places that are clean, welcoming, and budget friendly to boot! Amy was incredibly kind and communicative, and goes the extra mile to make her place feel like home with small touches that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Very grateful and will be using this spot again any time we’re passing through!

Wonderful location for QuiltWeek: we used the complimentary trolley with stop near apt...Great parking! Spacious! We loved the beautiful hand made tile in the bathroom and column in kitchen area. There were nightlights placed in key locations in the apt. Alissa is wonderful host. She was easy to communicte with and quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay!

This place is fantastic! Such a cool neighborhood, the heart of downtown Paducah - surrounded by some extremely pretty architecture. Great places to eat and go out at night nearby as well. I'd stay here a thousand more times.

I loved it here! It was clean and comfortable, and a great location in the downtown area. Lots of restaurants/shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Allyson and Pat were both very pleasant and quick to respond if anything came up. I would definitely recommend staying here. :)

Excellent spacious studio apartment in a historic building in an excellent location. Located downtown and within walking distance to everything! Was especially convenient since one of our main reasons for visiting Paducah was to attend the Paducah Symphony, the AirBnB is directly across the street from the Carson Center. It's not any longer walk than if your car was parked in the parking lot. Can't say enough, we'll book again if available. And I encourage everyone to sign and look through the guest books, there are very thoughtful memories left by people far more creative than us (artists and quilters). You'll enjoy perusing them.

The place was really nice with beautiful trees in front and a small outdoor sitting area away from the street. Street parking was extremely easy. Inside was clean, pretty spacious and perfectly appointed. It had everything I needed for my short stay. It was very walkable and about a half mile from the Grand Lodge which was where the festivities I was there for were happening so I left my car and just walked back and forth. It felt very safe and the houses, landscaping and sculptures along the way were nice to look at. The bath tub was big and perfect for a bath at the end of the long day. They were extremely understanding about my dog breaking a silk plant pot and reasonable for the charges (he had a cone and a spazzy moment). Overall I really liked the place and would definitely stay at another of their properties the next time I'm in the area (if they'll have me after my dog's mishap).

The historic location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed exploring the area and discovering the history of the many building sites now restored and housing restaurants, retail stores, condos and theatres. The Flood Wall Murals added beauty to the area. Our host, David, responded quickly with instructions to find and enter the condo on the second floor above a business on Market House Square. You do have to climb 25 steps, but doable. The entry doors were secure and safety apparent. The condo was exactly like the photos. It was very clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. The hot water was plentiful. Snacks, water and coffee pods were welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient dishes and utensils but we ended up not cooking. We enjoyed pastries from Kirchhoff’s Bakery, dinner at Mi Lindo Mexican Grill and Stella’s where the service and food were outstanding.

Absolutely lovely. Would definitely come back.

This place was conveniently located near everything in the Downtown area. The unit itself was very big and extremely clean. The hardwood floors, tiled bathrooms, and high end appliances made our stay even better! We will definitely be back!

Love the 2 bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The inside is comfortable and inviting. Great location to walk to area dining and bars. David and his wife are amazing. We had a chance to meet them while there. He responded to any questions and needs we had. We can't wait for our next stay in 2026.

I enjoyed my short term stay here. The location was perfect for work. It is right across the street from Baptist Health and I was able to walk. The place was perfect for me and my pets. Very thankful they were so pet friendly! The landlords were kind and responsive and helped me with whatever I needed.

This was the perfect place to stay to explore LowerTown and enjoy Paducah. The space was immaculately clean and immediately felt like a home.
