On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has a secure outdoor parking space with an electric gate.
