Excellent stay, in every way. Our arrival was facilitated because we were a little early and Maria Valeria was very responsive to welcome us earlier. The recommendations of things to do nearby were perfect, the accommodation was ideal, we felt right at home. The Prato della Valle just next door is a dynamic and very beautiful neighborhood.

We had a great time, the apartment is perfect, clean, spacious, all the comforts, the environment is quiet and has a view of the lagoon and an exceptional sunset. If you want a relaxing vacation in an enchanting setting, I recommend it with the added bonus of a private and wild beach with very few people that we reached by boat 50 m from the apartment. Thanks to Tommaso for his availability and responsiveness, as well as to Litzi for hosting. I recommend this rental near Chioggia (beautiful) as well as beautiful VENICE. 10 stars 🌟 👌

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

Very pleasant stay with a quiet paradise view. A little bus (10 minutes) to get to the vaporetto to Venice but it's nice to have a very different and quiet environment in the evening after the crowds of Venice. We were guests of Francesco and Pamida during the 2025 Easter holidays, I can only confirm the excellent reviews, already during the interim phase, which preceded the booking, they paid attention to our needs, providing immediate answers and putting us immediately at ease. Upon our arrival, agreed according to our time needs, and precisely that it was Easter, Francesco waited for us in the avenue in front of the real estate unit, a truly appreciated gesture. The apartment looks very good, well-kept and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that guarantees an additional 2 beds if necessary, the 2 bedrooms guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in peace but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. All appliances are available, from the microwave to the washing machine, Host beyond expectations

Arianna’s place is in a quiet area a little out of the chaos in Bologna center. She was very communicative and helpful with recommending lots of good places to eat nearby. She was also very accommodating with my mistake of underbooking by one day and was very gracious and understanding. It was truly top notch hosting.

Brand new home, offers all kinds of comfort and service! 2 minutes by car from the sea, truly a beautiful home in a very quiet area. Alex met us with the check-in time as we had a small child and needed to enter the accommodation earlier, it's not for everyone! If I could give it 10 stars! Thanks again!

We spent 3 nights in the suite of Roberto who is a warm and welcoming host and despite the very late hour of our arrival he was there to welcome us The site is superb and very clean. We had good weather and were able to enjoy the pool. We were able to have breakfast which is very nice and complete (coffee, fruit juice, croissant, yogurt etc.) We'll be back for sure!!!

Elisa was a spectacular host, always helpful and attentive. Several times during the stay he contacted us to find out if everything was okay and if we needed anything. She made herself available in every form. He even took care of our son while we dumped our luggage😍. As soon as she arrived, she welcomed us like an old friend. It was a special stay and we owe it to you too who went out of your way to make us feel at home. I highly recommend it.

We had a very nice holiday thanks to Lorena. The location of the apartment is perfect: both close to the beach and close to the city. We felt very comfortable with the enclosed parking space. The apartment was very clean and well thought out. Absolutely recommended.
