This was the perfect base for our visit to Venice. The apartment was just as shown in the photos, it was very clean, tidy and secure and had everything we needed. Parking was also great and secure. The bus stop was an 8 minute walk to get the bus to Venice so it was a great location to be away from the tourists but still easy access to the city. Overall we were very happy!

Sehr nette Frau gibt dir sehr gute Vorschläge was man in Venedig machen kann. Als wir angekommen sind ist adelina raus gekommen und bisschen geredet und noch mal alles ausführlicher erklärt 🥰 kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen!!!! Man braucht nicht zögern :))

Am avut o experiență excelentă în acest apartament! Totul a fost exact ca în poze – curat, spațios și foarte bine echipat. Locația este perfectă, aproape de magazine, restaurante și mijloace de transport. Gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă și atentă la detalii, oferindu-ne toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni! Recomand cu încredere!

This place was a dream! Enrico had plenty of information to make check in and check out as easy as possible! The location is convenient and easy to navigate to and tucked away enough to not be in the hustle and busle of Venice! I would only come back to Venice just to stay at this Airbnb.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Arianna's apartment is one of the most beautiful in Italy. The apartment is in a very good location, in the center of the city, fully equipped and very clean. Great stay! Spacious with an ornate high ceiling and good layout. Spent entire days on the deck watching all the different types of boats navigate together as the Grand Canal squeezes down to curve under the Rialto Bridge. The adjustable awnings provide shade as the sun set each day. Very historical feeling, knowing people have been watching that view for over a thousand years, incredible! As a logistical note for seniors, the steps are well done, carpeted, wide, and well-lit with good handrails.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giovanna. La maison est bien rénovée et très propre. Giovanna nous a donné plein de recommandations de visites, a été très réactive et même proactive pour tous les petites choses à gérer. Le jardin est très grand et très agréable. Ubytko bylo čisťounké, hezčí než na fotkách. Na rohu byla půjčovna kol. Nedaleko je lidl a další obchody. Jen na pláž se musí kousek cca 100m po silnici, jinak to je stezka k pláži bez aut. Pláž čisťounká. Každý den ji traktor upravoval.

Abbiamo passato un weekend a mezzano, sfortuna ha voluto che rimanessimo a piedi con la macchina e siamo stati costretti a tornare a casa con la macchina di amici e lasciare la nostra da un meccanico in zona, l’host si è reso molto disponibile a tenerci le valige per due giorni, finché non siamo ritornati per riprendere la macchina. Per quanto riguarda da casa, tutto come nella descrizione, casa molto bella e pulita. Ma ancora una volta ci tengo a ringraziare michele.
