MY ESPACE is good for couples, families and well behaved young people. Maximum is six guest. There's no playground or ballroom for parties. Garage for 2 cars. It is 400m walking distance from the Recreio beach, easy access to buses, BRT and then to the Subway. It's all new. It has easy access to wheelchair (through Elevator), WiFi 600 MB, cable TV. Table for executive work, Nobreak (see photos), voltage 110. CHILDCARE - no protective net for balcony/windows. The balcony has glass curtain.

Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.
