The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The house is close the good beaches, so you can go there on foot. The view from the house is quite good as well and you can spend time in the yard. The house is new and has all necessary things for the staying. If you wanna go to cafes or buy groceries, you can take an Uber - it’ll take about 8 minutes to get there.

The atmosphere of Patrícia is done! All in good quality, well organized, smellable, spacious! When I arrived at the front of the building, I was a little apprehensive, as the properties of this street are not very beautiful, but when I came in, I was gawked at the beauty and warmth of the place. Well-located apartment, close to everything in the listing, but for the beaches you need to be in a car . A very kind and helpful concierge staff. We were responded to promptly by host Ruan when we need it. Everything was in order. Just a few repairs need to be done in the apartment, but nothing that changes as advertised! It was really nice !

The stay at Douglas' unit was very good, everything was very clean and tidy, when we arrived there were chocolates available, my kids loved it! Points to improve are only the bathroom door that is bad to close but Douglas has already called maintenance for the repair, another point for me was the shower that is very good, but as the “condominium” was full due to high season the water pressure was not strong, so the shower got very hot…. In addition, I highly recommend this unit!
