The atmosphere of Patrícia is done! All in good quality, well organized, smellable, spacious! When I arrived at the front of the building, I was a little apprehensive, as the properties of this street are not very beautiful, but when I came in, I was gawked at the beauty and warmth of the place. Great place Location: The house is a few minutes walk from the beach and the village of Francês, and it is easy to walk to and from, even at night. I recommend walking to and from, as the traffic on the beach is bad and parking was complicated. Coming and going on foot was more practical. About the House: The kitchen is equipped with the basics for cooking a meal. It met all of our needs. It has a stove, oven, sandwich maker and pots. The cabinets are labeled, so it's easy to find plates, glasses, cups and keep everything in the right place. Children loved the pool swimming pool. You can use the barbecue, too. Although one room did not have air conditioning, it was not hot because it has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The garage can accommodate up to 3 small cars. But 2 cars is ideal I highly recommend the house.

Good value well-equipped house i only suggest a few points: . leave at least some basic items in the house like toilet paper, trash bag in the trash cans, and hand soap in the bathrooms and detergent in the Sink . I missed bath towels too ( in my case it made no difference since I live in Maceió and was able to take them) , but for those who come from outside it is not always feasible to worry about bringing towels.

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Well-located apartment, close to everything in the listing, but for the beaches you need to be in a car . A very kind and helpful concierge staff. We were responded to promptly by host Ruan when we need it. Everything was in order. Just a few repairs need to be done in the apartment, but nothing that changes as advertised! It was really nice !
