Vacation rentals with beach access in Ponta Verde

The Janet space is very cool, great location, spectacular view and close to everything, in addition to being in a very safe neighborhood. Bares, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy all within a short walk. Janet always showed concern for our well-being. We only have to thank you.

We stayed 6 days in Leila's apartment, as a family and we felt at home. Rosângela, responsible for hosting us, was wonderful for begging and very helpful The apartment is extremely clean, clean and fragrant linens, we will definitely be back. The kitchen has everything, a pressure cooker, baking sheets, we even made a lasagna lol. We just missed having a TV in at least one of the rooms, as we were with children, it would be nice to distract them a little. However, nothing prevents you from returning, because it was really worth it! The view from the bedroom and living room to the Pajuçara sea is unforgettable, it makes you want to live there lol thank you for everything and congratulations on taking care of the guests, we feel how much you care about every detail!

I spent 5 days in April with my son and husband at Igor's apartment in Jatiuca, and I loved the stay. The apartment is just as the photos in the publication show, I was very well assisted to get in and out. The apartment is super close to the waterfront and has everything we need nearby. I loved and indicated.

The apartment was slime and organized, exactly the same as the ad. The gatekeepers are polite, and the cleaning staff spends every day picking up the garbage. Victor was very polite and quickly answered my doubts. The apartment is right at the end of the jatiuca, to reach the waterfront are about 100m. Me and my husband liked it, recommend it and would definitely be back again.

When I arrived at the front of the building, I was a little apprehensive, as the properties of this street are not very beautiful, but when I came in, I was gawked at the beauty and warmth of the place. An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!
