Beyond the bedrooms, you'll find 3 bathrooms, a spacious living area, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio with a “churrasqueira” and a large basement. Alongside plenty of free street parking, our house also has a private garage - a rarity in the city.

DOWNTOWN PDL Premium 1 is a brand new apartment with elevator whose architecture kept the original facade from the 19th century, with 2 bedroom and a spacious balcony in Ponta Delgada city Centre, in an emblematic street, just in front of the Antero Quental Garden, and near Jesuit monastery which is today part of the Museum, for cultural events. Although this street is quiet, it is less than 5 minutes walking to the best bars and restaurants, where you can enjoy Ponta Delgada by night.
