Beautiful walks on the redeveloped path that leads to Audierne. Small restaurants and friendly bars in this small city of character in the center of Cap Sizun radiating on the most beautiful beaches of this end of Finistère. If necessary, the coworking space is just adjoining.

Le Studio 29

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Beautiful gîte close to the sea and Douarnenez

Nestled away amongst several acres of lush woodland in the heart of the Breton countryside is the wonderfully charming gîte of Moulin de Kerdunic. A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte.

"Camarinas " is a 1981 sailboat Océanis 350 with a pleasant interior and an outdoor table for enjoying a meal or aperitif overlooking the harbor. Bedding ,towel and dish towels provided Fully equipped kitchen (stove ,coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge ), toilet and heating on board and access to the port's sanitary facilities (very clean and nearby ) , after agreement possibility to stay until 5 p.m. Camarinas is from 1987 so with its small flaws...

Former home of a local captain, located above the Audierne harbor, unobstructed views of the boats and the mouth of the "Goyen" estuary. The house was built in 1892, restored in 1993/94, last renovations in 2016 and 2020/23 In the summer months of July and August, heating is not included in the rent, but can be used if necessary. In the other months, gas consumption for heating up to €60/week is included in the rent.

The house was renovated at the end of 2018, it faces south. Access is from the street by an entrance with about twenty steps, overlooks the enclosed garden and then the house. It consists of a separate kitchen on the ground floor, a bright 30 m² living-dining room and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. A terrace as well as deck chairs and a barbecue are at your disposal.

My accommodation is close to the historic Croix Bridge, all shops, the towpath along the Goyen River, 5 km from the beaches and 20 minutes by car from the Raz and Van points. You will appreciate my accommodation for its spaces and its authenticity, its enclosed and wooded garden, its comfort with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, its bias of space, ease of living there.

Cross: you are on the beach. Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classified as Meublé de Tourisme) offers you a garden level of choice with a private equipped courtyard. Its interior is cozy and offers a piano accessible to musicians on request. Linens are provided. No smoking, no pets allowed. The other two floors remain strictly private, and are not part of the rental.
