Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

The bright living room has access to a south-facing terrace and landscaped garden.

A living room with an equipped kitchenette open to the living room, a shower room, a separate toilet, a mezzanine bedroom, accessible by a small staircase, and possibility of a second bed in a sofa bed. 100 m² garden with terrace, partially fenced. Our little and big doggy friends cannot be accommodated.

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, in a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and single-storey with a separate entrance. Ideally located, quiet, between ocean and greenery, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont-Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).
