The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Located on the 1st floor, this brand new 2-room apartment consists of a large living room on parquet, with equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster), double sofa bed, wall-mounted TV, washing machine and dishwasher. It has a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and bedroom with double bed and large dressing room.

La situation de ce logement est très bien placée pour visiter la région.(Concarneau est à 10min, Pont Aven à 15 min, Quimper 30 min) Si vous aimez marcher vous pourrez directement rejoindre le sentier GR34 de la maison.
