Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

Horses graze in the fields and chickens free range in the front paddock. The farm enjoys far reaching views towards Mylor and the Roseland. Little Orchard is in a lovely location on the boundary of the village. The house is a contemporary eco design having recently been built by the host. It's light and spacious with vaulted ceiling and bamboo flooring. A wood burning stove will keep you warm during cosy evenings in. There is ample parking on site, with steps leading to decking and the main entrance area.
