One of the great trip over the years as far as stay is concerned. Viktor is one best host ever we had so far. The apartment is beautifully designed and furnished with all the amenities. Looking forward to visit again soon. All thanks to Viktor to make our stay so pleasant & wonderful.

The accommodation was excellent. The host was very attentive and thoughtful in preparing all the amenities. The sea view and sunset from the place were absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!

Great space. Quite neighborhood. 3 private bedrooms (individual room locks) with lots of extra sofa beds. 3 Tv’s. Not the fancy smart kind (ie no Netflix or screen casting) but good for viewing local Tv. The pool is fun for kids and the outdoor patio is very relaxing. It’s not far (by car) from a really lovely beach, Nam Rin that we enjoyed a lot. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided along with a 2 burner gas hob. Also has a microwave. We plan to return sometime.

It is a bit far from the entertainment area. So it is quiet and okay. If you only want entertainment, you will have to pay for taxi fare. There is a really delicious American hamburger restaurant right in front of the accommodation, so I recommend you to try it when you come to this accommodation. Overall, the accommodation is satisfactory and a comfortable place to stay.

Rented out for a large party. This place had everything we needed to stay entertained and happy for a week. The location is great for getting a Grab anywhere in Pattaya, and there are a few good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

This accommodation is comfortable and fully equipped. The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The bed is cozy, and there’s space for activities. The surrounding area is quiet and private, with security guards patrolling the neighborhood regularly, making us feel safe. It’s easy to find and conveniently located. The host responds quickly, is friendly and kind, and gives great recommendations. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

Мы жили на вилле семьей из 9 человек целый месяц. Вилла просторная, уютная, чистая. Небольшой бассейн, шезлонги для загара, уютная беседка для завтрака на свежем воздухе, гриль. На вилле есть вся необходимая техника: микроволновая печь, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, кондиционеры во всех спальнях - всё новое и в рабочем состоянии. Хозяин быстро решал все наши проблемы - всего за 1 день провели быстрый интернет, заменили газовый баллон, принесли дополнительный шезлонг. В спальнях хорошее постельное белье, его меняют каждые несколько дней. В ванных комнатах сильный напор воды, много полотенец, полотенца тоже часто меняют. Уборку на вилле делают каждые 3 дня, это очень удобно. Вилла расположена в приватном комплексе вилл, есть охрана и шлагбаум. На территории комплекса красиво, тихо, нет шума от дороги, много деревьев. В 10 минутах ходьбы хороший рынок овощей и фруктов, аптека, массажный салон, магазин 7/11, бары и кафе. Нам очень понравилось отдыхать на этой вилле!

Excellent séjour de réveillon en famille dans le logement de Danai, nous cherchions de la place et de la tranquillité malgré la proximité de pattaya. Le lieu du séjour a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes.

房东热情好客，帮我预定到尖竹汶的车，我们走的时候他开车把我们送到目的地。 房子装修不错，可以煮饭。附近有菜市场。楼下有干净的泳池可以游泳。 我们的行程临时有变，跟房东沟通，他马上退了一晚的房费，感谢房东。 我会介绍朋友来住。我下次来旅游也会住他家。

This unit was more than I expected. The size is larger than the typical one bedroom condo. The washer/dryer machine is also a huge plus. The location centers you between restaurants, convenience stores, and walking the local beach. All are in walking distance. Either direction will benefit your stay.

This is a good location. The electric and water are metered and charged extra. we stayed 10 days and use 700 baht. we were conservative with the AC. overall it is a good stay. the pool is fun. there are stores at the front of the condos to buy necessities. there are restaurants with walking distance. Jomtien beach and the night market are a nice little hike away. Pattaya is a 10 baht ride on the truck taxis which run out front. The washing machine is a bonus and the inter works well.

We spent a month (late December to late January) at Fon's condo in Bang Saray. We're a family of four with two small children. The condo itself is excellent. Clean, spacious, lots of cabinet space. We cooked a lot (2-3 meals each day) and loved the kitchen, very well appointed. We also had most daytime meals in the garden with the great weather and views. The condo property is very nice, staff constantly maintaining the gardens and pools. We used the pool every other day and really enjoyed it, especially with the kids section. The condo is a bit far removed from other things. If you have a car or scooter that's probably best. We didn't have a vehicle and ended up walking a lot which we really enjoyed. The beaches in general are okay, some garbage gets washed up on some days unfortunately, but they're cleaned frequently. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would come back! Bang Saray is a very relaxed place :-)
