The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Die Unterkunft ist in erster Reihe am schwarzen Meer. Man hat sowohl von der Terrasse als auch von den beiden Balkonen freien Blick auf das Meer und ist ca. 15m vom Wasser entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist Teil einer Appartementanlage. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut. Vielen Dank Marek das wir Deine Gäste sein durften. Es hat uns gut bei Dir gefallen.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

Our Hosts were wonderfully friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even came to meet us from the bus and help with luggage. A blessing on a HOT day!

We have a very pleasant stay! The host was very very kind and always answers in time! The place is clean, modern and there is everything you need for a good vacation! There is a small and quiet beach near the hotel, the garden of the hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and big enough! Many thanks!😊

Комфортное проживание, вблизи от моря. Из квартиры красивый вид на море и зеленую территорию комплекса. В апартаментах хороший интернет. Нас быстро заселили, прекрасная хозяйка. Остались довольны.

Уютен, обзаведен с вкус апартамент, с всичко необходимо за удобно пребиваване. Намира се в затворен, приятно озеленен комплекс, точно до плажа. Чисти и поддържани общи части. Спазват се часовете за тишина, което направи престоят ни максимално релаксиращ. Описанието и снимките на апартамента отговаряха напълно на действителността. Собственикът е много мил човек, веднага реагираше на всеки въпрос. Изключително сме му благодарни, че ни позволи да не бързаме с напускането и така спокойно се насладихме на последния си слънчев ден на плажа. С удоволствие бихме се върнали там!

Great apartment, clean, spacious, less than 10 minutes from the beach both paid and free. The kitchen had everything you would really need. Two small shops very close and a very large supermarket 5 minutes from apartment complex. Pharmacy, Laundromat (not necessary as washing machine in apartment) and a tour book place (sells SIM cards) just outside complex. The complex pool was clean, there was a kid's pool area and some playground stuff for them, I didn't really pay any attention as was not with my family. The area where pool and kids play bit's were I would say is very secure to let kids run around as you have to pass though security doors before leaving the complex itself . All in all I would definitely recommend Katarzyna's apartment to stay in.

We stayed for a week and everything was great, comfortable and spacious apartment and everything that you need in the kitchen. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the strip, beach, restaurants, bars etc. The balcony was lovely and we had a fab view of the beach and the hotel pool area! We really enjoyed our stay here! My only criticism is that some of the curtains/netting was a bit dirty/stained and the towels were not refreshed during our stay which I didn't know before we checked in, if I had known we would have brought our own towels also.

We had a lovely stay at LiVi’s place at the santa marina resort! First the resort’s amenities were fantastic (especially when traveling with two kids). Tons of fun things to do for us and the kids, great restaurants, great service in addition to the spa and the store that we found particularly helpful! Livis place was clean and neat and she made sure we were doing ok and we had what we need at all time. We needed a couple of extra items and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I particularly appreciated LiVi’s communication. She was helpful but not overbearing. That’s my kind of host. Great place for a couple or young family. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Kids never wanted to leave and that says it all!

Страхотно студио на прекрасно място. Просторно е, изключително чисто и оборудвано с всичко необходимо. Бърз интернет, което беше важно за мен, защото работя от вкъщи. Въпреки, че престоят ми беше извън активния летен сезон останах приятно изненадан. Комплексът е идеално място за разходки и почивка. Изключително лесна комуникация със Силвия, която ми даде полезни насоки за местата и ресторантите, които да посетя около Созопол. Препоръчвам!

We were at Dimitar‘s place in the end of February, with our two kids and dog. The place had everything needed for a family vacation - fully equipped kitchen, a crib , beddings, towels, etc. The host is very polite and responsive. We recommend!

Tsvetelin was a great host who was always available on the odd occasion we had a question. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment had amazing views overlooking the lake, was very comfortable and extremely spacious. It had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend and we would use again next time we're back in Pomorie.

Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne dobre, i gospodarz Pani Mirena jest miła i dobra , Lokalizacja jest spoko, jeden minus że na tym osiedlu dużo samochód z ukraińską rejestracją , czyli oligarchów oszustów i to mnie irytuje w każdym kraju Europy...

Très bon moment chez Stanislas, l'appartement est idéalement située pour tout faire à pied. Malgré une réservation faite au dernier moment, Stanislas a été très réactif pour nous accueillir le plus vite possible.

Чудесен апартамент на пешеходно разстояние от централната градска част. Чисто, уютно, прекрасно място за нашето дете - осигурена беше бебешка кошара и столче за хранене. В близост магазини, сладкарници, парк. Лесна комуникация с Антоанета. Изпрати ни по куриер забравен багаж. Пак ще отидем. Препоръчвам.

Nice apartment with everything needed, shower gel, shampoo, blowdryer (also with diffuser attachment!), coffee capsules etc. Lots of space for 3 people, pretty close to the sea. The owner was nice and easy to talk with if you know russian, english or bulgarian

Престоят ни беше чудесен! Апартаментът беше чист, нов и уютен, с всичко необходимо. Отлична локация в Стария град - близо до музеи и забележителности. Хостовете бяха много любезни и приветливи. Бихме отседнали отново с удоволствие!

Прекарахме чудесно в апартаментът на Яна и го препоръчвам. Намира се на много удобно и тихо място. Плажът отдолу е чудесен и много спокоен. Тя самата отговаряше бързо на всички възникнали ситуации. С радост ще се върнем отново!
